WiFi, TVs, bed linens, beach and bath towels, beach essentials & beach chairs are provided free during your stay. There’s also free parking on premises for 8 vehicles.

There is no daily housekeeping service but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee.

Some bath essentials are provided in each villa like toilet paper, soap, body wash, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner. These items are not replenished, however. When you need more, you’ll need to purchase more.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- A fully-equipped kitchen where you can bring in your own food and prepare meals or you can order food via our chef for USD $80 per person per day for a three set meal. Choose from international cuisine, traditional Oaxacan food, or create a menu that suits your needs. There’s artisanal bread and an organic garden. And there is a corkage fee for alcohol.
- A stunning oceanview infinity pool on the deck. The pool deck lounges are a great place to enjoy relaxing, chill moments together. They’re a wonderful place to enjoy views and breezes, a sunset, or stargazing at night; sure to be a highlight!
