The big PLUS we offer is that we will share with you all the unique experiences to discover in the area (surf lessons and teachers, our favorite restaurants, tours for whales and dolphins boat companies, unique walks, unknown spots, transportation companies if you need etc).
We also own a typical house in Merida Yucatan as a SUPER HOST named "Casa del Arbol".

To maintain excellent service and cleanliness, LUZ, our devoted and respectful staff member, supervises daily housekeeping, pool maintenance, laundry, shopping, and security. Her working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, and her services are included in your rental fee.
OPTIONAL; MEAL PREPARATION AND SERVICE:
For a true holiday experience, Luz can assist you with meal planning, including breakfast and lunch. If needed, she can also handle shopping, sourcing fresh local products like seafood from trusted suppliers. We recommend providing Luz with a budget for purchases; she will supply a detailed list of items and all invoices, ensuring transparency. Amalia is super honest.
MEALS, the following rules apply:
Breakfast: Normally served until 11:00 am. While this rule can be flexible, keep in mind that lunch must be prepared and if breakfast is served late, it compromises the preparation and preparation of lunch.
Lunch: This should not be served later than 4pm so that the staff has time to clean up before the end of their shift.
LENGTH OF STAY: If your stay is seven days or more, please allow the staff a full day off.
HYGIENE PRODUCTS: The house provides basic hygiene items such as shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper and tissues; any additional consumables must be brought by the tenant.
POOL RULES: Children under 5 years old are not allowed as the house has a swimming pool adjoining one of the two living rooms, which has no protection for non-swimmers. Any non-swimmer must be fully supervised by an adult swimmer.
INCIDENT: The owners of CASA NATURA are not responsible for accidents of any kind in the house, including in the swimming pool, on the beach or in the sea.
ACCESS: The house is not suitable for very young children under 5 years old (otherwise they must remain under the strict supervision of their parents). Access on foot is not recommended for people with reduced mobility (dirt path to return from the beach).
