About this space
Come and relax in this beautifully updated home with a tremendous view of the Central Coast mountains. This well thought out home is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac facing the mountains of the Fiscalini Ranch. Enjoy a cup of coffee on one of the balconies, or soak in the brand new hot tub, or relax on the couch with the 75" TV, or work remotely all from this little slice of paradise. Minutes from downtown Cambria, and close by Hearst Castle, Elephant Seal lookouts, wineries and so much more the Central Coast has to offer.
The space
Three bedrooms: 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and a full sleeper in the TV room. Fully remodeled in 2022. Imaculate kitchen with stainless steel appliances. two full bathrooms. Sit back and gaze at the mountains from the great room or the balconies.
Guest access
The entire house and property are yours to access during your stay. We recommend you park in the two car garage as the driveway is steep and street parking is not allowed. We will give you a code to the garage keypad at check in.
The backyard extends all the way up the hill to the street above us if you want another access point for a nice walk around the neighborhood. The sideyard is also yours and we plan to put in additional outdoor features like hammock, firepit, and possibly putting green. So, check back for future stays to see what we've added!
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that there are stairs at this house. There are stairs to get to the front door from the driveway. There are also two stories in the house with stairs in between. The upper level (stairs from the garage and/or entryway) has the living rooms, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.

We do not recommend this house for families with small children as the stairs are open and no baby gates are provided.

The sleeper sofa (in the TV room) is roughly a full sized mattress. Bedding is available in the closet in that room. However, there is not much privacy for this bed as it is open to the dining and kitchen.
