The timing of these complaints only arose after your request for a late checkout could not be accommodated, despite our team providing a clear explanation that our cleaning schedule and incoming reservations made an extension impossible. Throughout your stay, our team remained responsive and available to address any concerns. Had issues such as a non-functioning TV, airflow concerns, or maintenance items been reported, we would have gladly worked to resolve them. Instead, these complaints were largely introduced after checkout discussions, accompanied by threats to contact neighbors and publicly criticize the property because your late checkout request could not be granted. You remained in the home for three weeks and never indicated that the property was unsuitable for your stay. If the issues described had genuinely impacted your experience to the extent claimed, we would have expected them to be reported while there was still an opportunity to address them. The home is accurately represented in our listing, including its outdoor areas.
