Family Getaway

Our stay was wonderful - the location was great - close to the beach and things to do, everything was clean and spacious. The pool was a nice addition, but it would be a great touch to have some better lighting in the evening - some lights in the pool itself or around the pool. We enjoyed staying at "Emerald Paradise"!

Over all it was excellent, just a few small things. The pictures of what rooms shared the upstairs bathroom were different then the actual lay out. The two queen beds shared the bathroom. The pictures showed the bunk beds and a queen room sharing it. We were able to adjust. It says heated pool but no instructions on how to turn it on. The fridge in the kitchen didn't work, luckily there was one in the garage that did. There was an empty bottle of vodka and a frozen pizza left in the garage freezer from a past guest.

40TH BEACH TRIP

There were 6 of us who stayed at this home. We had plenty of space! It was in a great location, close to the beach, stores, restaurants, and shopping. Host was very professional and nice. Replied back to any questions we had without hesitation. Beds were comfortable and the pool was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and excellent house

This is a great house with lots of rooms. We had 5 guys there on a fishing trip and everyone was comfortable. The location - a block from the pier - was awesome and allowed us to fish on the beach or the pier, plus walk to a lot of good places to eat, shop and play around. The heated pool was awesome for relaxing after a hard day and have some beverages. And with it backing up to mostly empty space, it was nice to have to not worry about other people on top of us. We will definitely be back!

PCB June 21st- June27th

It was hard to fit everyone in the house and we only had 12 people (2 kids). The bunk bed room didn't have a bathroom upstairs. It was hard for them (kids and 20 yr olds). Not enough towels - at all. There were two ways to get to the pool, through our door that had a crazy alarm when you open the door- that worked. And a side door that had the same alarm that didn't work. It seemed senseless. I loved that the house was closer to the beach than described in the VRBO ad- we thought we had to drive. FYI- we had a snake in the pool- because of all the pine straw. There was dog poop in the pine straw too, we didn't have a dog. That ended my trip- full blown panic attack.
