What a fantastic stay! The house was as pictured and had everything we needed. The house is located in a great area. Close to grocery stores (Publix, Walmart, Bravo, Dollar tree) and lots of food options near by as well (Chilis, Five Guys, Dairy Queen, Chick-fil-A, etc). Neighborhood was quiet, and neighbors were very friendly. We would recommend a this property, and would like to return for another stay.

The pool and hot tub was enjoyable. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We enjoyed the house very much. Nice location, close to stores such as Walmart, Aldis, Public’s etc.

The villa was lovely and the location and surroundings perfect, however, for the price paid I feel it was not up to standard being advertised as a luxury villa.3 of the garden table chairs were broken, leaving only 1 usuable. The backyard lights didn't work making it difficult to sit outside in the evening and only 1 side of the patio door could slide open. The cleanliness was lacking somewhat with dust visibly laying on surfaces. It had a lot of wear and tear and could do with a refresh. I can only compare to last year with the price we paid for a villa and the standard received. Where as this was a lot more money and felt it was slightly lacking the standard to the price paid. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would rather offer constructive criticism as the location was amazing and the lake view out of this world.

Thanks for the review. Therefore, we are wondering why you didn't report these problems after you checked in the villa and waited until you checked out? 1. When did you find which backyard light not working? Who and when did you call and report the problem? 2. According to our record, all the patio furniture were in good working condition. We have never received any damage report priory to you departing. Just in the same day as you checked in, the property manager has made the pre arrival inspections and did not find any damages. If you find any of patio furniture were not in a good working condition after you checked in, you should report to the property manager or the owner as soon as possible. Then, we can go to fix the problem for you. Not waiting until you checked out. In this case, it is difficult for us to find out who actually damaged the patio furniture. Can you please send us a detailed damage report with photos to prove what you reported were true? Under current circumstances, we may have to charge you for the damages of patio furniture unless you can prove that you did not damage them. 3. We purposely disabled one side of patio door open/close operation for the sake of children safety reason; We leave one side of sliding door open/close normally. 4. If you saw the visible dust on the surfaces after you checked in, why didn’t you take a photo and report to us. You only complained to us after you have stayed there for two weeks. How can you convince us it is not caused by your or your group of people staying there? During the two weeks you stayed in our villa, we haven’t heard anything from you at all. Please prove to us what you said are true. If you can prove what you said are true, then, we can discuss with our property management company about their management performance. Please prove to us you are an honest guest.

Whilst i can't fault the location of this villa that's about the best I can say about it. The place itself was dated hand unclean thewith a slight damp smell about it, dust on all furniture & a tacky feel throughout. Outside the pool was of good size but again poor standard with tiles missing around the spa and mould on the lanai plus everything lacked a good clean with at least sunlounger so unclean and aged that we wouldn't touch it, there was only one chair around the outdoor table which when I contacted about it I was told there would be some replacements delivered what actually appeared was cheap quality chairs 3 day's before we were due to leave, spiders were everywhere which I was told was normal but I have stayed in over 10 villas and never encountered this. Lights were missing patio doors wouldnt close properly and the bed in the master bedroom was only a double and undoubtedly the highest bed ive ever seen, which meant we chose to sleep in the smaller room. Furniture in the living area was unclean and remnants of previous tenants food all over the arms of the sofa, all in all I felt I needed to give the place a clean before we could settle. Owner was prompt to respond management did come round& repace many bulbs which her not working including attempting to sort the outdoor lighting too. I feel that this villa is priced way too high based on location alone and as such not worth the money

Thanks for your feedback. However, we cannot agree with your comments. You need to provide the evidence to prove what you have stated here. Otherwise, it is difficult for us to deal with the issues. 1. Can you show a picture of missing tiles? We cannot find any missing tiles in spa or pool. 2. Please show me the photos of surface dust and dirty sofa. we could not find any of these. ? 3. Florida is a place with a lot of sunshine. The color of sun lounger fades a lot under strong sunshine. What you saw is the sun faded color, not dirty. They are outdoor loungers, not indoor. We wish you could understand the difference between two. 4. 3 of 4 chairs had torn fabric and two of them were still useable. We contacted the repair shop and it needs 2 weeks to fix them. That was the reason we ordered 4 new patio chairs for you temporary use before damaged ones are fixed. They are good quality nice looking chairs. Now, all chairs have been fixed, returned and they looks very good. 5. One pool deck light not working and another works. All the lights are working now with newly replaced light fixture. 6. We added another door-lock to substitute malfunction one. It has been working fine for years. 7. Many guests like a high-quality bed with a good pad on thick mattress. If you do not like it, you need to let us know as soon as you checked in. We can remove the box spring to lower down the bed to a normal height for you. Please provide us with solid evidence to support what you complained!

The location was amazing! You had your own private pool in a covered lanai which backs onto a lake so the setting was very serene and quiet. And you were only 3 houses away from the pickleball courts which we enjoyed every day. The home is very spacious and had most things we needed but the decor could definitely use a refresh which is the only reason I would not give it five stars.

This the second time we have booked this property. Yes it might not be gleaming, fancy or flashy but it fitted us perfectly. It was comfortable and had pretty much all we needed. The lake and the wildlife that came with it make our stay even better and the estate and local area, well you couldn’t ask for more.

Location is great. Owner super nice and easy to work with. House was clean but in desperate need a a refresh. Some new furniture, new toilets, new bedding, new carpet and a coat of paint would put it back to 5 stars for me. Stayed in March of 2021 and gave it 5 stars but not much has changed since then so just needs some small updates to refresh it. It was clean and owners are great and close to parks though!

Thanks for your review. However, you should realize it is our vocation home, not a 5-star hotel. We can keep the bedding as clean as possible. However, we cannot replace the bedding too often to meet your expectations for new beddings. All the furniture were bought new few years ago. And all of them are in a good condition for normal daily usage. We only replace the furniture when it is damaged and not repairable. We will definitely keep our property in a very good condition for our guest. We feel sorry we cannot keep everything new for our guest like everything new. Our goal is to offer our guest a reasonable, friendly, comfortable and home like convenient vocation environment.

Spacious home in Orlando area

Great location for a family and very accessible. We stayed for a cheerleading competition for my daughter. The cleanliness of the house/pool was a little rough and we left it cleaner than we found it but the club house and spacious rooms were great!

Thanks for the review. We are wondering why you did not report the problem you noticed right after you checked in to our property, as we asked in the welcome email. If you contacted us right after you encountered "the problem", we would have a chance to verify what you reported with the property management company and the cleaner. We will fix the "problem" as soon as possible. You should never leave the things you observed until you checked out. In this case, we have no way to verify what you reported was true or not. If we need to blame the property management company or cleaner, we need to have the solid evidence!!! After you checked out, every possible evidence would be gone. It will be very difficult for us to discuss the problems with them due to lack of evidence. As we experienced in the past, some people were trying to use bad review to threaten the own in order to get a refund. That is why we ask all our guest to report the problems they encountered as soon as possible, never only complaint after they checked out. We wish our guest to work with us together to maintain our property in an excellent service condition to our guest.

Wonderful property so we booked a second trip

This house has it all, wonderful living space, pool, lake view, wildlife right outside, supermarkets within easy reach and so much more in the lovely area of Clermont. We were there for quite a while so we wanted to treat it like it was our own home. We really didn’t want to leave.

Great stay in Clermont

Great family stay at this home in Clermont. We really enjoyed our time at the property and the pool. Owners are great communicators! Was able to work remotely just like when working at home! Great place!

We enjoyed this property during our recent trip. It’s in a beautiful & quiet development. There were two of us staying here so we had plenty of outdoor/pool furniture. However, if there had been more of us there wouldn’t have been enough. 2 of the 4 regular chairs and 1 of the 4 lounge chairs were unusable. The listing of heated pool is misleading. The pool at the rental is not heated, but is available for an additional cost.We found the beds to be comfortable, however if you are less than 5.1” or elderly, getting into bed will take considerable effort as the mattress are 38” high for the master and 2nd master bedrooms. Easy access and not heavy traffic to local grocery store, Walmart, Walgreens, etc.

Perfect location, close to restaurants and shops, wonderful south facing (heated) pool + Jacuzzi. Perfect communication with property manager/maintainance David: responded within minutes, helped quickly with everything we needed. We'd love to come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely book again! The house was exactly as described and located in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other convenient shopping options.The home may be a little dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and truly perfect for what our family needed. We traveled with our three young children, and the layout worked so well for us. Our twin girls were beyond excited about the twin beds with the rainbow comforters — it made them feel so special and right at home! The bunk beds were perfect for our 5-year-old, and having two master bedrooms gave my husband and me extra flexibility. I actually ended up using one of the master rooms to organize all of our luggage and extra bags after unpacking, which was a huge help.The pool was a highlight for our family! There were plenty of pool towels available, and we spent so much time enjoying the outdoor space. The house had the basic supplies needed to get started, but I’d recommend bringing or picking up a few extras if you’re staying for several days. I personally always travel with things like dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, a cleaning spray, and even a candle to help make it feel cozy and like home.Overall, this home was perfect for our family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!
