Please note that there is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance of the property. Your privacy is important, and this is in place for security and guest safety.
• Bringing Your Own Boat?
While you're welcome to bring your own boat, please note: We cannot guarantee an open slip at the dock, Dock space may not accommodate all boat types
The pool is managed by the condo association and is available for your use, but please understand that we can't guarantee its condition or maintenance schedule.
• Signed Lease Agreement Required
All bookings require a signed rental agreement, valid photo ID, and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings
To preserve the peaceful setting, weddings and large events are not permitted at the property.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee
We welcome up to two dogs per stay. A $150 pet fee per dog applies—please let us know ahead of time if you're bringing your furry companions!
• Lake Levels May Vary
Lake Norman's water levels change daily and are managed by Duke Energy—we cannot guarantee specific levels during your stay
