You'll be in one of the North Coast's most premiere homes. Villa Patron was designed with you in mind - from a prime location to panoramic rooftop views, community beach access, saltwater pool, outdoor shower, 5 terraces, 7 baths, 7 beds, a generator, pool table, coy pond, private security, and so much more! Our goal is to provide you with a truly unforgettable experience that will make you never want to leave. We are excited to make our home, your home. Feel free to inquire with any questions!
The space
Sleep at ease in our privately owned Villa on The North Coast with around the clock security. The outside is fully fenced with security system, motion lighting, generator and surveillance (only on the parameter in areas open to public view), and security guard.
The backyard comes fully equipped with 2 casitas (private suites), an in-ground pool, bbq, outdoor patio (with table and chairs), a kitchenette/prep station, an outdoor shower, and lounge chairs lining the pool.
On the first floor, you will find an oversized entryway leading to the pool table and kitchen, followed by a dining area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, pool table area and family area. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the first floor of the house and 2 Casitas with en-suite bathrooms (located poolside). The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - all bedrooms come with an ensuite bath. As our guest you will have access to the entire property. Our home is kept up to date and is meticulously kept after. If you would like an extra cleaning during your stay, please inquire within. The third floor showcases a rooftop with views of both the mountain range and the ocean.
Guest access
You will have full and complete access to our home - it's your home for the duration of your stay. On the day of your arrival, I will reach out to you via text with updated check-in instructions. When it's time to check-out you will receive a notification from us the night before.

It is important to us that we have an open, honest dialogue. To avoid any penalties or fees, please read the house rules section. If you have any questions regarding our home, neighborhood, or policies, please feel free to reach out. No question or request is stupid!
FAQs:
• The deposit is never charged upon booking. Deposits are only charged if there is damage found to the apartment upon check out. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately, and charged by Airbnb.
• There is no need to bring anything but yourself!
• The listing is yours - it's not shared. Guests have access to a 4,500 sqft home.
• We provide security - the guard is stationed outside the front door.
• On the day of check-in you will receive a message with instructions.
• An on-demand car service is available for the duration of your stay with prior notice.
• You may drop off your luggage before the check-in time, however, *this needs to be arranged in advance.*

I was born and raised in New York but moved to the city for college. Like most hosts, I love to travel and Airbnb has given me the capability to do so. Although I joined Airbnb back in 2015, I did not become a host until January of 2017. After my first assessment, I received ‘superhost’ status and my goal is to never lose it!
