This 8-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 7000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

Main features include:
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)
- Many games available: X-box, karaoke, pool table (billiard), air hockey, dominoes, bingo etc!
- Internet Wi-fi with optical fiber

- Air conditioning in 5 bedrooms (the other 2 have fans)

- Backup generator for uninterrupted power supply
- Breakfast and meals can be arranged upon request (and delivered in your room)
- Check-in with English/Spanish-speaking staff

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are generally allowed (depending on number/type - details required).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons, the duration of your stay and the number of guests. The listing price is valid for regular occupancy (up to 17 guests). For larger groups, a premium will be charged. On the other hand, discounts are possible for long-term rentals, low-season bookings and lower number of guests.
