Wunderschön renoviertes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes klassisches Madrider Apartment aus dem Jahr 1881, in dem alles neu ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem der bedeutendsten Viertel der Stadt, in der Fuencarral-Straße, zwischen Malasaña und Chueca. Weltberühmte Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Königspalast, die Gran Vía, die Plaza Cibeles, die Plaza Mayor, die Plaza del Sol und die Puerta de Alcalá sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Als Beitrag für Bedürftige, wird 10 % der Miete für die Unterbringung von Flüchtlingen gespendet, ein kleiner Beitrag den wir gerne leisten.

Great location, the check in and out process couldn't have been easier, was a fantastic trip. Very well equipped kitchen, nice coffee maker, Isabelia the property manager couldn't have been better to work with.

This is a terrific flat in a great location. It is exceptionally clean. And I particularly like having the host meet us and make sure we get settled in. That along with the well-equipped apartment makes it feel more like the experience you hope for when renting through VRBO. The only thing I would mention is that the apartment is on Fuencarral, which is a busy street. But they do have good noise mitigating windows and shutters. We are planning to be back in Madrid next year and look forward to staying here again!Bravo y gracias!

This is a good location although the apartment is very n a fairly busy street. Location to shops, bars and restaurants was very convenient. It is also right next to a metro stop, although we did not use it. The apartment is cute but a bit small, although a very efficient use of space. Communication with the host could be challenging (worked better through what’s app than the VRBO app) but Isbelia would always get back to me and we were grateful for the late check out! Overall this is a lovely spot to explore Madrid from. Would definitely recommend! Of note, there is a washer but hang drying the laundry in a small flat is challenging

This cozy apartment was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Shopping, food, ect.! The cabs were lined up a block away and the metro was right there! The host was so responsive and always answered with the best tips and advice we were so grateful! The apartment was so safe for our family to stay! The beds were very comfortable! That is so important;) kitchen had everything we needed! We loved Madrid! Hope to come back someday:)!

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is charming, clean, and very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and modern appliances. The location is excellent—right on a lively street with plenty of shops and cafés. I highly recommend Billy Brunch next door for breakfast. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance, plus easy access to the metro and a taxi stand just around the corner. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, informative, and full of helpful suggestions.

My family of four had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect - we were never too far from seeing the sights (either by foot or Metro) and we got to experience Madrid life in one of its lively neighborhoods. The apartment itself was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The host and property manager were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We would recommend this place to our family and friends and would be happy to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Madrid.

This apartment was fantastic! Exactly as advertised with easy check-in (a little early so we could store our luggage after landing) and excellent communication. Myself, my husband, and the other couple we travelled with were all quite comfortable. The location was perfect - close to so many great areas and just 20-30 minutes walking or even faster metro rides to other sites we wanted to see. We will definitely be back to Madrid and definitely hoping to stay here again

Great Location

The apartment is in a great location. Just outside of the busy areas but an easy walk to all of the sites. Very clean and comfortable. Check-in was flawless with lots of recommendations.

A happening, hip, lively, gay friendly neighborhood, littered with cozy sidewalk cafes, tapas bars, restaurants, clothing stores, as well as boutiques, and popular markets like San Antón and Plaza del 2 de Mayo, a historic square lined with lively bars and weekend market stalls, a popular meeting spot. It’s home to the Museum of Romanticism, the Museum of the History of Madrid, and several performing arts theaters. At night, edgy dance and rock clubs host live bands and DJs, and the Conde Duque cultural center shows art and open-air movies in its 18th-century halls and courtyards.

The apartment had great amenities including laundry facilities, effective AC, fast WIFI and a fully stocked kitchen. Upon check-in, Isbelia was kind enough to provide us with great recommendations on things to do in the city, restaurants to visit and general directions on how to navigate the city. The King bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the window shutters were perfect for letting in the sunlight in the morning and blocking out all street noise at night.
