the view is wonderful from the property and the balcony is a wonderful place to relax. the inside was clean, and easily housed the 3 people that stayed there. overall it was a great option for us!

Great stay, great location!

We had such a pleasant stay at Mam’s property! It was clean, spacious, and the view…INCREDIBLE! The terrace is so nice as it wraps around the unit! The location was amazing since it was central to a grocery store, restaurants and public transit. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back when visiting Nice 😊

Great apartment and host for a convenient home stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, and felt welcoming support from our host throughout the visit. Mamadou was quick to respond to messages, helpful with travel tips, and accommodating with requests. The apartment was clean, functional, and comfortable. While slightly off the beaten path, it is well worth it for the ample views and space.

The best of Nice!

What a beautiful apartment, spacious, well appointed in every respect, and very generous kitchen supplies. The photographs do not do justice to the spacious terrace; i could have lounged there all day taking in the vistas of the surrounding hills, sea views, and planes taking off. The neighbourhood itself is a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beautiful promenade d'Anglais by the sea. We would not hesitate to enjoy Mam's apartment again.

In the middle of busy Nice.

The location of the appartment was next to a very busy and loud road. Even with all windows closed, we did not get the rest we would have needed after the visits in Nice, Monte-Carlo or Cannes. Also the neighbourhood did not make us feel confortable. The appartment itself was partly renovated. The short walk to the tramstation was great, but yes, it came with a price.

Sir, This is your experience, I regret it but I must accept it on the other hand I cannot accept your lack of honesty. You are not talking about the great cleanliness of the accommodation, its very complete equipment, our availability, our very cordial exchanges and our flexibility to facilitate your arrival. I invite you to look for such a spacious accommodation, which offers you such a view, so close to the Promenade with all the amenities nearby and at the price offered. This is our accommodation that we do not provide a five-star hotel suite at a low coast price. We can suffer the noise of the street, it's true but in quite acceptable proportions for urban housing. Unfortunately, sometimes we are not immune to a very fast driver or a very noisy motorcycle but these are the disadvantages of the city and Nice is a big city. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood remains quiet. If you found it too noisy, then I strongly advise you not to stay in Old Nice or to be on the edge of the Promenade with its traffic. I would like to clarify that all the windows of the apartment are double-glazed and equipped with electric shutters. Your return is deeply dishonest and false since you lied about all the items just to harm. You do not deserve people to open the door of their home for you. We really like our neighbourhood and our apartment, we are proud of it and very happy to be able to open it to people who wish to stay in Nice in a confortable appartement, in a neighbourhood that is not too touristy but which makes it very easy to enjoy all the assets of our beautiful city of Nice and its surroundings.

I had a great stay here Mamadou was super accommodating with everything I needed especially because I was anxious traveling alone and required some assistance. The apartment has everything you need to cook and you can’t beat the 360° views from the balcont! My only cons are bedroom is pretty bare and the toilet is in a different room from the shower. My only feedback is to give the guest more heads up on how to check in and get into the building because I arrived late at night and was not told the floor unit number or which key works for which door which made it take longer to settle in.

Nice stay

Overall we had a nice stay here. Beautiful views and can't beat the huge patio, which had ample seating and lounging space. Unfortunately a few details took away from the value of this accomodation. The faucets were loose and one of them didn't work and the rain showerhead in the bathroom did not work. No toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc) were provided and instead of handsoap in the bathroom, dish soap was provided. We brought our own toiletries so it wasn't a problem, but for this price it seems like it should be a given to look after these small details. The host was easy to commicate with and flexible though.

Anniversary Trip

The terrace with view of Nice is the seller of this property. The apartment is showing it's wear. We had some plumbing issues that needed attention by a plumber, the host while quick to respond did not seem to understand the issues. The towel bar in the bathroom was loose when we arrived and came off the wall when we touched the towels to use them. The kitchen lacked dish soap & did not have enough pods for the dishwasher. The kitchen sink had no proper stopper to hold water in the sink, & we were only provided with one kitchen towel and a very used sponge! The apartment could have been cleaner.

Spectacular apartment and views. Host left everything we needed . Great communication. When you come from airport You can definitely take the tram. Only 15 minutes Magdan is the stop. That stop is 1 minute to the beach. Apartment opposite direction 8 minutes. If you have a lot of luggage then take cab . The house key works electronically to front door and apartment on floor 7 off elevator there are 4 apartments on the floor. You get off elevator go left and pick door on the right. You can’t get a bad meal. Area is quiet but you can take tram and stop at all different areas each day. I liked old town French food and wine is the best. Bakery spectacular. Host was available 24/7. Views out of this world from balcony. Shower and bathroom spotless. Bed very comfortable. Definitely coming back

Incredible Luxury Vacation Home!!

To refer to Blvd de la Madeleine 48 as an apartment is a huge understatement! It is by far the nicest rental I have ever stayed at and I have traveled extensively. This spotless home has absolutely everything! The location is fantastic and in a quiet, more residential neighborhood. It’s very close to the tram stop from the airport and is an easy walk to the train station Nice Ville. The building itself is charming and modern with an efficient elevator. The spaciousness of this home is unbelievable! The penthouse balcony surrounding it is has adorable twinkling lights wrapped around the railings. The outdoor living space, dining area has great furniture and the utility area is complete with a large drying rack The views are magnificent!! The inside has everything- a convenient foyer with a bench and storage, a modern and fully stocked kitchen with an easy to use induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and clothes washer. The dining and living area are comfortable and also have a glorious view. The bathroom and separate toilet are clean, expertly laid out and well supplied. The bedroom has tons of space and the bed is super comfortable. Even more amazing are the gracious hosts Mamadou and Celine! Their communication before I arrived was exceptional and they patiently answered all of my questions and offered helpful tips and suggestions to enhance my stay. Thank you Mamadou and Celine! I feel I did not just meet hosts but made good friends! I will return soon.You are the best!

Gute Ausstattung. Dachterasse "über den Dächern von Nizza". Sonniges, luftiges Appartement. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nette Nachbarin mit wertvollen Tipps, eine grosse Hilfe. Mais il faut parler un peu francais. Madeleine ist ein lebhafter Stadtteil. Uns hat das nicht im geringsten gestört.

angenehmer Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung

Mit der Wohnung und der Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden. Bis zur englischen Promenade lediglich 10-12 min. zu Fuß. Was uns Kummer bereitet hat, war die Suche nach einem kostenlosen Parkplatz. Davon gibt´s sehr wenige. Die kostenpflichtige Parkplätze sind überall. Im Großen und Ganzem hatten wir viel Spaß in Nizza. Eine wunderschöne Stadt.

Séjour très appréciable

Nous étions 3 amies a vivre pendant 6 jours ans cet appartement. L'hôte nous a reçu avec de belles attentions qui ont agrémenté ce séjour. Il est très disponible, très réactif et chaleureux. Toutes nos questions ont immédiatement obtenu réponse. L'appartement est fonctionnel, la cuisine spacieuse et très bien équipée pour se concocter de bons petits plats. La terrasse est magique, avec une grande table pour y déjeuner et une table plus basse pour l'apéritif. Il y a des chaises longues pour flâner, se reposer. La vue sur la mer et sa proximité nous ont enchanté malgré le temps plutôt maussade. L'équipement wifi, Netflix à été très appréciable. Seul bémol, la rue est bruyante, mais on finit par s'y habituer. A recommander
