We will address this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the pool. We understand how disappointing it must have been to be unable to use it during your stay. The challenges with the pool have been resolved, and we also hired a new pool vendor to take care of the pool to ensure we dont have those issues again. Your feedback highlights the importance of this, and we regret that the pool was not in the condition it should have been during your visit. Regarding the layout and condition of the home, we appreciate your honest observations. We take guest feedback seriously and will discuss these aspects with the owner to make necessary improvements. Your comments about the bathroom size, lack of closets or dressers in the bedrooms, and the condition of the blinds are all noted, and we will work on addressing these concerns to better meet our guests' expectations.
