The Sunset Palm

The Sunset Palm is located in south Palm Springs conveniently located near downtown, Palm Springs Airport, and neighboring Coachella Cities. The house is perfect for a girls weekend, male golf trip, or full family vacation. This 4 bedroom 2 bath house has a 4 year old salt water pool, hot tub set under a gazebo, 2 fire pit areas (one propane the other is wood), and game room. We are certain you will enjoy the newly installed modern outdoor shower and modern BBQ with outdoor sink and fridge.
The space
Seven minutes from downtown, a minute from the Palm Springs Airport, "The Sunset Palm" is a fun home featuring total privacy and an outstanding location in south palm springs. We offer four bedrooms with memory foam mattresses: the Halo Suite w/ king bed, the Flamingo Room w/ queen bed, the Sunset Room w/ queen bed and desk area, and the Desert Room w/ two full beds. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool providing a hotel stay feel. "The Sunset Palm" has the perfect open-concept living room to gather together without being cramped. The newly remodeled game room provides an additional living space off the pool area.

Booking Guest must be 25 years of age

The city of Palm Springs requires guests provide copy of ID to host prior to check in.

*Pool Heating is optional but recommended OCT-MAY $75 a day. There is no charge for Jacuzzi heating.

These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, payment of hotel taxes, no outdoor music permitted, insuring renters are over the age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
