Neu renovierte, sonnige, geräumige Einheit mit Gewölbedecke, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Flachbild-TV und Kabel, Waschmaschine, Trockner und überdachter Garage. Geräumige geflieste Terrasse mit neuer Bar, die sich zum Pool öffnet. Patio hat automatische Beschattungsmarkise. Zu den wunderschön angelegten Freiflächen auf dem Grundstück mit Obstbäumen und Bergblick gehören acht beheizte Pools und 4 Whirlpools sowie 4 Tennisplätze. Das Gerät ist ruhig und abseits der Straße und doch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Markt und dem Einkaufszentrum entfernt. Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Entsorgung, Toaster, Mixer bestückt. Drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über 1 Kingsize-Bett und 2 Queensize-Betten mit geräumigen Schränken.

While there were a few issues when we arrivied, they were all addressed by Jessica and the handyman, Jose, who was terrific. The accomodations are lovely, and the space is very comfortable.

If you're looking for location...this is PRIME! So close to EVERYTHING. Perfectly central. Grounds were stunning. It's very quiet, so perfect for a couple or two who want to have a nice quiet visit to beautiful Palm Springs.Unit itself was dated...could use some updating in maybe furniture, bedding, dishes and flatware. But this didn't hinder our stay...just saying, it wouldn't hurt. Also, maybe clearer instructions of house rules and garbage take out, etc. It's handwritten in a book at the front door. It could easily be overlooked or misplaced. I would have this posted on the fridge on on the kitchen counter so it's VERY visible. Over all...excellent stay! Thank you to our host Libby!

A Perfect Stay

Quiet with lots of inside space, patio, sunshine, citrus trees and terrific mountain views. Close to local shops, downtown and awesome hiking biking trails. Love it here!

Lack of Attention to Details

We rented for the entire month of April and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Palm Springs...especially playing golf. The condo however had several issues that should have been attended to before we arrived: Coffee Machine...the filters that were provided were basket type...machine requires cone filters which I subsequently purchased so we could have our morning brew. Blender...it did not work and should have been replaced Electric Kettle...the calcium buildup was unbelievable. This kettle had never been descaled and is a health hazard. The utensils provided were very basic...knives, forks, spoons etc and we had to ask that a Bread Knife, Oven Mitts, and Cutting Board be supplied...they were. The wine glasses and coffee cups are a hodgepodge of sizes...would be nice to have 6 alike. The Gas Grill stopped after 5 minutes of use...tank was empty...dinner spoiled. A replacement tank was supplied the next day. The auto starter does not work on the BBQ...you need to use a BBQ lighter which was found in kitchen. There are four pot lights over the vanity in the master bathroom two were not working and required replacement. The ventilation fan in the bathroom does not work and was not fixed during our entire stay. I expressed all these concerns...all of which could have easily been attended to before our arrival to Jessica and basically got a thanks for bringing it to her attention. If this unit was available again I would not return.

We have leased this location numerous times in the last few years and not once have we had complaints of a magnitude like this Tenant. We immediately sent help to resolve every concern possible. However, I would not rent to this Tenant again.

Met all our needs.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is spacious, well appointed and nicely located away from the main road, which made for a quiet and relaxing visit. Local contact, Jose, expedited both our check-in and check-out process, and quickly came to our rescue when we needed a replacement propane tank for the grill. The complex is lovely and very well maintained. We would certainly consider a future stay.

Spent a wonderful month. Any issues identified were addressed in a timely fashion. Jessica was a great host. This is our favourite location in south Palm Springs.

Clean, Bright and Modern!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable and the location across from the pool couldn't be better. The pool isn't heated until March 1, but from then on we had it mostly to ourselves (the year-around heated pool with hot tub is nearby). We love Sunrise Villas for its location in Palm Springs and its beautifully maintained grounds. Jessica was easy to work with and Jose and Juana were always available if we needed anything. A lovely stay.

A Gem in the Valley

My wife and I can't say enough about this Sunrise Villas condo. Well equipped, fashionable and a facility to be enjoyed by young and old alike. It's single floor design with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make it extremely functional for all types of visitors. The kitchen has all the amenities of home and the living and dining areas give the feeling of being right at home. Close to the pool and being fairly close to the heated pool and spa was handy for all of us. Our Kids and Grandchildren really enjoyed the openness of the complex, the views and the friendly residents of Sunrise Villas. Our dog enjoyed the open space and our various walks throughout the complex. This is a wonderful property. We enjoyed it for the full month of March, 2016 and we will most certainly rent it again if it is available for our next visit to Palm Springs. Ken & Hilda Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Perfect Place

Stayed in the condo for two months and couldn't have been happier. Everyone involved with renting this unit was great. Location was super and the condo well stocked.Patio has lots of sunshine and the fruit trees were amazing. We will be back for sure.

Heaven on Earth

We had the opportunity to spend 2 months here and could not of been happier. The unit was well stocked and furnished with just about everything we needed. Being that it is an end unit there was plenty of light and privacy. The patio has an amazing view of the mountains and looks out to one of the 8 pools (which is just steps away). The complex is quite with friendly residents and located a short bike ride to town. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Our only disappointment is that it is already rented for next year.

After Rita's father sold his property in 2000 she always wanted to return to the villas and the wonderful memories it held for her family growing up. The opportunity recently presented itself when another unit opened up 2 doors down from her prior residence. The partnership continues to thrive, our families continue to enjoy this wonderful space, and we are happy to be able to share this delightful secret with you.
