Elegant renovated Charleston Single-style home, fully restored in 2019 home with sophisticated details that offer a nod to its historic 1852 roots, has bright open interiors and well-appointed furnishings. Ideal if you need private, luxury accommodations for wedding, family gathering, or a larger group. This house is right off King Street, easy walking distance to all places on upper King, the hub of Charleston`s top restaurants and nightlife.
This second floor is accessed by either the front staircase or the restored, original back staircase. Here youâll find vaulted ceilings and access to the second story porch. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.
The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
