"Lover Buoy" is a romantic oceanfront condo that sleeps four with a king bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and two bathrooms. It is located about a block from the beach with private access. Guests can enjoy the on-site game room. Up to two well-behaved furry companions are welcome. A standard pet fee applies.



The Space:

This charmingly appointed condo boasts unique touches that make it feel like your home away from home! Enjoy the privacy of the King bed in the bedroom, or opt for the Queen sofa sleeper in the living room to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The living room highlights a gas fireplace to enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast days. When it comes time to get ready for the day's adventures, you'll find two full bathrooms with a tub/shower combination. Plenty of space for everyone to get ready! 



Lover Buoy also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, microwave, and a small dining table to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.



The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, as well as a game room. Surftides Plaza Condominiums also features close and easy beach access, so guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.



Surftides Plaza Condominiums is conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping, and the casino, but the best part is the easy access to the beach. The Surftides Plaza Condos have private beach access on the other side of the street for guests to easily and quickly get their toes in the sand. 2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
