This space can sleep up to 4 with a Queen bed and sleeper sofa, and guests will appreciate full-sized appliances, incredible ocean views, and a patio.

Unit 106 is a privately owned studio condo that is one of two handicap accessible units at D Sands. This condo has a full kitchen with the basics: cookware, pots and pans, dishes, silverware and appliances. The bathroom is accessible but not fully ADA rated.

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
