Nice, big kitchen with lots of utensils, pots and pan, 3 coffeemakers, a crock pot, and 2 large containers for use in the oven. A second large refrigerator is also available. Lots of towels available. I recommend bringing extra paper towels and toilet paper. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group because the separate living areas, plus the pool, plus split wing bedrooms means everyone can be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly as pictured! There was plenty of space and accommodation for all of us. We had guests over during the day and they loved the place as well! Quiet and clean area making us feel very safe. The pool in the back was beautiful and just what we needed to cool down. Plenty to do close by. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to others!

Pros: Big house, perfect for big families.Beautiful pool, towels provided. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking. Great gas grill. Beautiful big kitchen. Rooms and showers are huge, lots of beds. Two washers and dryers available. Cons: first Airbnb we stayed in that the basics weren't provided: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash (bottles in shower we're empty). For kitchen essentials: salt, sugar, coffee.Linen closet was not organized, pantry unorganized. Couldn't figure out the hot tub. Low lighting around the grill area.

When we arrived at the home the first thing we noticed was how dirty the house was. The floors were dirty, sheets and blankets left in the washer, windows dirty, pool area was dirty, trash left around the yard, feminine product wrapping left in the bathroom, etc. We also had to clean out the pool and wash all of the dishes before use. While the host was nice it is unfortunate to have to deal with a dirty home that you paid all of that money for. The house itself is nice and this could be a perfect rental if it was well taken care of. On the positive side, if you have a large family or group the space was very nice. The air conditioning worked very well.

Used and wet sheets and towels were left on chair in front bedroom. TV’s were not working due to previous power outage. Floors were not swept thoroughly. Otherwise, the property was as advertised. One suggestion is to have a folder to welcome renters and provide additional information, such as how to reset DirectTV and use tv, where kitchen utensils are stored, check out procedures, local stores and grocery shops, etc. All previous VRBO rentals that I have used had this. Also, eliminate unnecessary remote controls, every tv had at least 2-4 so we didn’t know which ones to use. Overall, the stay was great for our family reunion and the celebration of my mom’s 90th birthday. I would rent again in the future. Thank you for the early check-in option.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The pros definitely out weighed the cons. The inside of the house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to move about. The kids enjoyed the pool. Now the yard both front and back could have been better maintained and the west side of the yard needs to be cleaned up. The outside furniture needs to be cleaned up also. The remotes to the TV's, games and ceiling fans needs to be marked as well as the switches on the walls for light control. All that being said the property owner always responds when you message her and she was very nice. My family and I would definitely stay there again if we ever vacation in San Antonio again.

The house is very spacious and beautiful, with plenty of room for the whole family. The location is excellent, making it even more enjoyable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and very clean, and the kitchen is big and well-equipped. The pool area was definitely the highlight of the house—it was amazing and perfect for relaxing and spending time together.

Overall the house was good. Two big issues with the property:1.) The hot tub only worked (1) night. This was a golf trip with 10 guys that looked forward to the hot tub. Very disappointed2.) The outside needed to be cleaned up. A lot of leaves from the winter was all over the place. An extra effort to clean this up would have helped.I'd consider renting again with the guarantee that the hot tub works. If not, I'd expect a refund.

We enjoyed our stay at this San Antonio property. This is our second Thanksgiving at his home. The house was ready for us on time. My daughter lives in SA and had made a grocery run at HEB and they allowed her to unload the groceries a little early so she only had to unload them once. The house has large pots to cook for our Thanksgiving group. Lots of sleeping space to accommodate our extended family of 13. Had such a great time, plan on renting again nest year for the thirds time.

Before I checked-in, the renter replied swiftly to my question and even allowed us to check in early. Unfortunately, after the check in everything took a turn for the worse. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in a vrbo! This is a big house with lots of rooms and more beds than the law allows BUT it is the dirtiest house I’ve ever stayed in. Dust was piled high on dressers, beds and bed heads and light fixtures, etc. The baseboards are filthy, the couches are worn and out dated and the bathroom needed to be cleaned . There was so much furniture in the house, it looks like storage for old furniture. The outside of the house is equally as bad. The grass was over grown, leaves were all over the pool area, and the hot tub was cold. I’m not sure if it worked but there was no obvious switch to turn it on. The pool area is FULL with mitch match, worn down dirty furniture. There was also two good size hornet’s nest by the pool. My kids couldn’t even play on the little slide because the grass was too tall and the yard is so unappealing. My family and I went to Walmart and bought all types of cleaning supplies attempting to feel comfortable enough to sleep in the home which was advertised as newly renovated! I am so disappointed. We work all year round to have a week with our grandchildren only to be somewhere we’re uncomfortable sleeping in the bed and sitting on the couch.This place could be a very nice house but it needs a DEEP cleaning , and fresher look.

Beautiful house! Super big and a great place to stay! Our stay was amazing! The host was very nice and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as it could be …they were very good and all requests we had were made possible by the host! Great experience! Will definitely be coming back!
