"Mellow Yellow" is located on the second row, just across the street from the beach, making it a prime vacation spot! This house is a short ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions and popular landmarks such as the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, Huntington Beach State Park, the Garden City Pier, and so much more. These attractions are within a 10 minute drive of the property.

This recently updated raised beach house features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, oversized front deck, living room, full kitchen, full size appliances, washer and dryer, private pool, boat dock, spacious parking, and enough bedding to accommodate 12 guests!

There are 5 spacious bedrooms inside the home.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is considered the master bedroom which features a king bed, making it perfect for 2 guests. There are multiple windows for natural lighting, dresser, Smart TV, overhead light, and access to a private bathroom. The bathroom features a sink, shower, toilet, and updated flooring.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a king bed and is perfect for 2 guests. There are multiple windows for natural lighting, night stands, and a dresser for storage. Guests will also have access to a Smart TV and overhead lighting. This bedroom shares a jack-and-jill style bathroom. This bathroom features a standup shower, shelving for storage, toilet, and pedestal sink.

Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom features a king bed and will accommodate 2 guests. There are multiple windows for natural light. This room features a dresser for storage, Smart TV, and overhead lighting. Don't forget that access to the bathroom is shared between this bedroom and bedroom #2.

Bedroom 4: The 4th bedroom is an apartment-style bedroom located on the ground level of the house. This bedroom has an outdoor entry, which will offer some privacy from the rest of the home. This room features a king bed, window, dresser for storage, Smart TV, mini split AC system, and night stands. This bedroom shares a jack-and-jill style bathroom with bedroom #5. The shared bathroom offers a tub/shower, tile flooring, pedestal sink, and toilet.

Bedroom 5: The 5th bedroom is an apartment-style bedroom located on the ground level of the house. This bedroom also has an outdoor entry, which will offer some privacy from the rest of the home. Although bedrooms 4 and 5 are connected inside, both bedrooms have their own respective entrances. This room features a king bed, window, dresser for storage, mini split AC system, and night stands. This bedroom shares a jack-and-jill style bathroom with bedroom #4. The shared bathroom offers a tub/shower, tile flooring, pedestal sink, and toilet. This bedroom also has a back door that allows easy access to the rear of the home.

Living Room: Just as you walk into the house, guests will enter into the living area. This is a perfect area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with a sofa, accent chairs, ottoman, Smart TV, overhead lighting, and more. The dining area is located straight ahead, just past the living room. This area features a large table with chairs perfect for enjoying a family meal.

Just off from the dining area, guests will have access to a full kitchen. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short ride from the house. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

There is a stackable washer and dryer located on the side of the kitchen.

At the back of the home, guests will have access to a full size deck and gas grill. Just down the steps, guests will enjoy a private pool. Guests will also have access to a game room that features a pool table and other various games. As of 2022, the interior of the home has been nicely updated with new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new furniture, new TV's, and so much more!

Have a fur baby? Yes, they are welcome too! Our guests are able to bring up to 2 pets (dog or cat) with a paid pet fee. To keep this rental maintained as good as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

This beach house is in a prime location in Murrells Inlet, SC. Guests are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, Garden City, Surfside, and more! Guests love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more. This property is also only 2 blocks from the beach; a short walk or golf cart ride!
