Leaving the gated community it is just a short golf cart ride down to the beach club on the white sand of Playa Avellanas and Playa Mansita by the JW Marriott.

There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.***

We provide daily breakfast and housekeeping services Monday through Saturday. This service is included with your rental. We can work into a schedule that fits your groups needs.

The property has a duplex owners villa attached with a private and separate entry.
Our owners use the apartment occasionally and will not in any way be in our guests way. Your privacy will be respected in every way.
