Here at Villa Solana, our aim is to give you a luxurious hotel feel in a private home setting. We provide daily cleaning services Monday through Saturday with your rental. We can work into a schedule that fits your group's needs.

Hacienda Pinilla has to be one of the best locations in Costa Rica to base your surf trip. With 6 waves just on Playa Avellanas and private access to the beach breaks of playa Langosta you don't even need to leave the ranch, but if you looking to explore the area, the famous Playa Negra reef breaks are just 10 minutes south and the river mouth and beach breaks of Tamarindo just 10 minutes to the north.

Villa Solana is a 5-bedroom luxury home that accommodates up to 15 guests.
Our layout is spread over 2 floors and allows multiple families to all have space and privacy within one home. The distribution is as such,

- Third bedroom, 3 Single beds, and a trundle twin bed (2 twins together making a full/queen size bed) (upstairs)

-Fifth bedroom (Detached bedroom), 1 King Bed, 1 Queen bed bunk, and an Office desk.
