Relax and enjoy the views throughout the house including in the spacious family room/sitting area and adjacent kitchen/eating area, MBR and on the large Deck. Enjoy the extra large yard and the piece and quiet on a very quiet road. One cabin close by but usually vacant. Great place to visit year-round including Winter for skiing and anytime to enjoy the views. Situated inside the famous Catskills State Park offering many opportunities for hiking, swimming, fishing, rafting, snowshoeing, skiing, golfing and more. A world class restaurant, The Peekamoose, 5-minutes from the house. Professional Hanna golf course and clubhouse/restaurant is 20-minutes. Skiing at Belleayre Mountain 5-minutes. Great place to relax, unwind and detach.

Guests have access to the entire home.

Checking in:

General:

- Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet (no feminine products, wipes, paper towels, etc.). Everything else must go in the trash.
- Please try to avoid wearing shoes inside the house.
- We do not provide firewood for the fire pit. This can be picked up on your way to the house.

Kitchen:

- Do not let any food or oil go down the kitchen drain.
- Please be sure the stove is off when you are not using it.

A cleaning service is included in your rental rate; however, we really
appreciate you leaving the house tidy prior to departure since we may have a
short window before our next guests arrive.

Checking out:

Interior:
- Set thermostats at 55 degrees.
- Compile bedroom/bathroom garbage into one large bag.
- Make sure all doors and all windows are shut and locked.
- Separate all garbage and recycling and place in the trash can outside – we are still working on this I will let you know when you arrive if we have a solutions as to where to put the garbage when you leave.
- Please ensure there is no food or garbage laying around the house. Everything should be put away or thrown out.
- Return all furniture, books and games to original locations
- Make sure all kitchen appliances are switched off – i.e. stove top, oven etc.
- Turn off lights in all rooms
- Remove sheets from used beds and put them on the floor in the laundry room
- Place used towels on the bathroom floor
- Remove perishable food from fridge and freezer
- Be sure to load and start the dishwasher before you leave
- Clear all kitchen countertops and leave sink empty
- Ensure you have packed all your phone/iPad/laptop etc. chargers
- Close and lock all windows
- RETURN KEY TO LOCKBOX WHEN YOU LEAVE!

Garbage: Garbage pick up is on Thursday’s
No need to take it to the rd the he will come to the house to get it.
Be sure to tie your garbage bag. We are charged a fee if the garbage guy has to tie the bags.

Exterior:
- Ensure gas to BBQ grill is set to OFF position
- Make sure you have cleaned the grill off to prevent damage from bears
- Dispose of all cigarette butts, bottle tops and litter from the property

Before You Leave
Please take a few moments to double-check the house for any personal belongings—especially in drawers, closets, and under beds. If any items are left behind and you`d like them returned, we’re happy to help. Please note there will be a $50 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
