Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for a crawling baby and a toddler. It felt like we were staying in the treetops of a jungle. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay for my family. Had everything we needed and convenient location. Property management was very easy to contact and helped us with any questions we had. Would stay there again for sure!

This is just a really cool place. We love the layout, the vaulted ceilings and the peaceful stream running right past the lanai. The location is good except there is a lot of road noise, you really can't leave the bedroom windows open at night. I have read a lot of negative reviews so I want to leave a very honest one, we didn't know what to expect when we got here. We love the condo! I would buy this condo, but I would buy it knowing that it has a ton of potential with some cosmetic updating. The kitchen is beautiful although the appliances need some TLC. The dishwasher really doesn't clean well at all so you have to wipe the dishes with soapy water before you ever put them in the dishwasher. The carpet is old and dirty. The bathrooms are extremely outdated and dingy. The fan in the master bathroom does not work and the dryer is vented into the attic so all the heat comes right back into the bathroom. The bathrooms did look like they had been well cleaned. The beds are definitely old and need to be replaced, someone has put a pad on the master bed but it really doesn't take away from how hard the bed is. The roof does NOT leak and the windows and screens are all in good shape. However, there are some cockroaches and bugs. We were told they had recently sprayed. The management company was really good to work with, they were very responsive when we called them about a few issues that we had. They immediately brought over a set of brand new frying pans for us!

We’d like to address a few of the points you mentioned. The road near the property is generally not considered a busy one, and we haven’t received prior concerns about road noise. That said, we understand that individual experiences can vary. Regarding the carpet, it is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule and was most recently serviced in early 2026. We also take pest control very seriously—each of our properties is treated quarterly by a licensed professional service. While it’s not uncommon to occasionally see dead insects after a treatment, we do our very best to ensure the home is in excellent condition for each guest’s arrival. Most importantly, we’re delighted to hear that you had an amazing time overall. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back to our beautiful island paradise again soon. Lovely spacious condo. Well appointed, extra large TV with access to Netflix. Huge bedrooms with ensuites. The kitchen cabinets have been updated. You can tell the owners are working on updating their Hawaii home

Extremely old with cockroaches to greet us upon check in

The screens did were not set in the windows properly and I believe that’s where the “cockroach “ like bugs were coming in from. VERY outdated which would have been fine, but all of the furniture was uncomfortable and who knows the last time a new mattress was bought for the 1970’s condo. Light switches didn’t work in the master bath. Fans didn’t work in either bathroom. We had to wrestle the screen door to the slider to get in or out to the deck. Also there was a large blue tarp attached to the ceiling with a funnel to divert water outside. Apparently the roof leaks when it rains. This is the worst experience I have ever had renting from VRBO. Also surprised I was charged an additional $300 booking fee, not sure if this was for the property management who was in charge of this condo. Would NOT recommend this condo!

Great Location but expensive for what you get

The location of this place was perfect for what my family wanted to accomplish on our trip. The contactless check in process is great, but we had to talk to someone at the management front desk to get our code. With in and out cell phone service, we couldn’t always check our email or voicemail for updates from property management. We checked in and there were bins in the living room because there was a leak. The carpet was wet and it smelled really damp in the entire place. I called the management office and they sent someone over to extract the water, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. We paid close to $500 a night and cleaning fees so walking into a stinky place wasn’t ideal. We had to go buy candles so it didn’t smell so damp. There were acrylic filter nails on the book shelf, no regular coffee (only decaf) and laundry still going when we checked in after 3pm. We were super excited to have equipment to use at the beach, but when we got to the beach we learned that the umbrella was broken and couldn’t be used. Happy to provide pictures if needed. For the price we paid, I don’t think we should have been dealing with broken items, damp smell and lack of communication.
