We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, very well stocked and has high-end appliances. It is close to everything in the Kōloa/Poipu area but situated in a quiet location. We appreciated the little touches like the delicious coffee and granola provided. We give this rental and the property management experience our highest praise and would gladly stay here again.

This particular property was great. Bummed the hot tub was under repair and we were not notified prior to arrival.The owners of this condo made it very comfy, nice furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Felt more like someone’s home rather than rental. Lucky us since my other friends condo was not as nice.

Lovely Stay in Poipu Beach!

This condo is in the perfect location and was very comfortable for our family of 5. It has lovely views of the ocean from both upstairs and downstairs and the pool area was perfect for our kids' different swim levels. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

Our first time visiting Kauai. The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Nice to have laundry soap and paper products provided. Great location. Easy drive to the beach. Would recommend the owners provide extra chairs for the dining table so that the family could enjoy a meal together.

Loved our stay here!

My mom and I stayed in this unit for 5 days and really loved it. The location is great, easy to get to Koloa and Poipu Beach and lots of other great beach spots! The unit was super clean, updated and well appointed. Easy parking and great beach gear! One note, the living room and primary bedroom face the golf course parking lot, we didn’t find it to be too noisy, but just something to know!

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Upon arrival (after dark) it was very difficult to locate the condo. The lighting is very poor and the parking space is not adjacent to condo. However a quick call and we figured it out. The beach chairs and umbrella were great!

Beautiful Sunny Poipu Rental

This rental property is in a well taken care of complex. The pool and hot tub area was very nice, we went there every evening. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch. We also had an extra sitting room with a TV and couch in it. It was perfect for 2 couples. The management was very helpful and easy to get ahold of with any questions.

Directions

When we arrived after dark we had difficulty finding the unit. There were instructions to find the garage but none to find the unit which was in the cup-de-sac and up some dark stairs. The light above the door was out which made it very difficult to enter the numbers in the key code. Since we were tired travelers, this was not a pleasant experience. Once in the unit, it was lovely and well appointed.

OK stay

Nice unit. however several problems of minor nature. 2 Most annoying was refrigerator did not cool sufficiently, even butter was soft and some yogurt spoiled< and Owner had set Nest thermostat and locked it and would not change settings when we requested it through property manager. Only other issue was several bulbs were out including light over entry door, these I suppose property manager is to blame.

Unable to stay due to Shelter in Place

Unfortunately VRBO did not give an option to indicate that I have not been able to stay at the property. However they did offer to give a partial refund and extended the price offer for a period of time, which I appreciate. I am looking forward to our stay in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of our condo was perfect. Easy walking and driving from here. Beautiful condo. We cooked a lot on our stay so the only downside was a bit short on kitchen dishes such as a large bowl etc.

Ahhhh paradise!

This property is everything it is advertised to be and more. It is in walking distance to a small shopping center w restaurants as well as the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!
