Welcome to the most stunning beach views on the the sand! Bring your binoculars for an outstanding front row seat of all the sea creatures, that are swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. This end unit Tidewater condo offers exceptional setting for a perfect beach getaway. It is just a short walk to Pier Park and some of the best shops and restaurants! Top to bottom windows create the absolute scenery for any vacation. Enjoy a morning beverage on the gorgeous balcony hearing the gulf breeze in one of the most desirable complexes on the PCB.
The condo has a king bed in the master and a twin plus trundle. The living room has a sleeper sofa couch. Ideal for extended family of 6.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for a home made meal.
The condo comes with 2 parking spots.

Beautiful condo

Loved our stay for spring break. We were worried about the elevators being on the 18th floor but we had no issues on waiting for a elevator our entire stay. Beautiful views and walking distance to tons of places to eat. we would stay here again if we ever visit PCB.

We chose this condo primarily because of the photos and the advertised views, which looked incredible. Unfortunately, that ended up being the biggest disappointment of our stay.The entire side of the building where our unit was located was being painted during our visit. The windows were covered in plastic for most of our stay, completely blocking the view we booked the condo for. To make matters worse, we were surprised one morning by a painter standing on our balcony, looking inside, which felt like a major invasion of privacy.These renovations never disclosed to us at the time of booking. Had we known that such extensive exterior work was taking place—including multiple floors and the entire side of the building—we absolutely would have chosen a different property.When I reached out to management, I was told they were unaware of the work being done and that they understood my disappointment. That was it.That response felt insufficient given the impact this had on our stay.Given the scale of the project, it is difficult to believe that they had no prior knowledge of this work, which made the lack of disclosure even more frustrating. We spoke with a couple of private owners who told us they were made aware of the renovations beforehand, so why our unit owner wasn’t notified, I can’t say. Beyond that, the unit looked exactly as it did in the listing.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to have the view obstructed, especially when that was a major factor in choosing the condo. We also sincerely apologize for the unexpected intrusion onto the balcony—that’s certainly not the experience we want any guest to have, and we understand how that would feel like an invasion of privacy. Unfortunately, this building-wide maintenance project was scheduled and managed by the association, and we were not given advance notice about the timing or the extent of the work affecting our specific unit. Had we been aware, we absolutely would have informed you prior to your arrival so you could make the best decision for your stay. That said, we recognize that this situation significantly impacted your experience, and we’re sorry that our response at the time did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is important and helps us improve how we communicate and advocate for our guests in situations like this. We’re glad to hear the unit itself met expectations, but we truly regret that the overall experience fell short.

Great condo

Great condo to stay at we saw dolphins and a big stingray from our balcony. The only difficulties was opening the balcony door, we had to use both hands to open and close it. They did work on the elevators so people wasn’t waiting so long for them. This was a very clean and nice Condo for 2 people to stay on vacation.

My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was exactly as it is listed. The views from the living room and balcony were very beautiful! The condo was a great location. best vacation experience to date!

We are a family of six, the condo was a perfect fit for us. The kids loved the option of two different pools to choose from outside, the view was AMAZING from the balcony and access to the beach was perfect. The kids also enjoyed the arcade, and it was nice to have the option of the indoor swimming pool when it started to rain. The host was very attentive with any questions I had prior to our stay. The washer and dryer are stackable so the loads are small, but it was fine for what we need. All of the beds are very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa! We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful place!

The location and view were absolutely beautiful. The only issue was that it wasn't very clean. Noticeable cobwebs and dust on most fixtures, super dirty baseboards, candy wrappers (trash) beside the bed and under nightstand. I loved the views it just felt like the house cleaners were not doing a good job. Overall worth it.
