This modern build is located in central Nashville. With 3 stories and over 1,700 Sq Ft of space, this home is perfect for large groups of friends, families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, couples, etc.

- On the weekends I have a 2 night FRIDAY/SATURDAY night minimum.

- Early check in optional for a fee, must be discussed before hand and agree to terms.

- I am open to dogs, but must meet requirements, please disclose of any pets before hand and we can decide if they meet the requirements. Thank you/ $100 non refundable pet fee.

- The home does have outside surveillance. Great for the owners and the guests.

The layout: The first floor welcomes you to a wide open kitchen and living area with a queen size fold down couch(2 ppl) and a large sectional sofa. The second floor has 1 queen size bed(2 ppl) and 1 queen size bunk bed(4 ppl). The third floor has another queen size bunk(4 ppl) and a sofa that transforms into a king size sleeper. There is also a queen size air mattress as well! The downstairs back door leads you to a large 12x17 ft. back deck with seating and a grill. Large backyard for pets and throwing the football if wanted. The third floor has a fridge and a rooftop patio with lounge seating for beautiful sunny days. The home is 2.4 miles to downtown and is just minutes from the interstate. Get to downtown, midtown, the gulch, trendy 12th south and all the best restaurants in just MINUTES! $7-$10 Uber to most places. Buchanan Art District is an emerging area, and is delightfully close to the favorite areas for locals and travelers. The must-try, award winning Slim & Husky's is only a two minute walk. A quick drive will leave you in the heart of the Farmer’s Market, Germantown, Music Row, Demonbreun, the Gulch, or Downtown Nashville! Right in the midst of two prestigious universities and near the Bridgestone Arena, there is always something happening with the college community during the Fall and major sports seasons.


Just a few miles from Vanderbilt and Belmont, and a little under 3 miles from the Bridgestone Arena as well. The Nations is just 3-4 minutes away, with cool local bars and restaurants.
