Our 6-person condo is located on the second floor overlooking the Beautiful Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville......

If you should arrive in Nashville early (before 4:00pm and/or are leaving Nashville later in the evening. Consider downloading the phone app "bounce" which will provide you with locations you can drop off your luggage for a small nominal fee and then return later in the day and retrieve it and proceed to the condo/airport. There is a location just south of Broadway which works well.

Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.

A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have “back to back” bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app “Bounce” where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.



Q: Are you Pet Friendly?

A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests prevents us from permitting pets to stay in our unit. Sorry...



Q: May we smoke on the deck.

A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..



Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?

A: Yes, most packages get left at the bottom of the “900 stairs”. It is best to request packages / groceries to be delivered to the front door.



Q: Is there a Grill.

A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).



Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?

A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.



Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.



Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!

A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.



As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Beautiful condo. It is very clean and up to date. Beds are comfortable. Nice view of the river off the patio. The parking lot is fenced in, covered and right in front of the condos. Host communicated every thing needed and responded to messages quickly. Definitely recommend this condo if you want to visit Nashville and be minutes from Broadway!

Love that the property is right off the river. Made the morning view even better. Parking was easy, it was close enough to Broadway that everything was in walking distance, but far enough away that there was not any congestion. The property had everything we needed, including a cork screw!

This Condo is beautiful and had all of the amenities needed. We traveled in for CMAFEST weekend. Having a pool was awesome and the views, along with a short walk to Broadway and covered parking made this Nashville stay the best trip ever. Very clean and cute. We had raccoons and ground hogs outside our window everyday. It truly is less than a mile to Broadway, but I wouldn’t suggest walking for various reasons. The view of the river was nice and everything was very quiet and enjoyable. We would definitely return to this condo.

The stay in your Vrbo was over the topPerfect. It is decorated just adorable. I loved that the coffee and everything you would ever need supplied for us. Felt like I could have just moved in and lived there. It was so clean and the towels were soft and fluffy. We were able to take the river walk all the way to Broadway every day, felt safe. Highly recommend this place for a great Nashville stay.

We stayed four nights in April 2026 with another couple and the property was a perfect fit for us. The location was ideal as we walked to Broadway (more than once), Printers Alley, Monell's, the Farmer's Market, Jonathan's and Von Elrod's. We especially enjoyed the riverview from our private balcony. The interior was clean and very nicely decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with our host was always timely and helpful. This property definitely earned our 5 star rating!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The condominium was neat and orderly, exactly as pictured, located just behind the state capital, in a neighborhood only a short distance from shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The kitchen was better stocked than most places we have stayed. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear check-in/check-out instructions. Although we didn’t use the pool or laundry room, they were readily available. It was fun rearranging the “HOWDY” letters on the mantle into different words each day, like our own private Wordle game. Our favorite feature was the small balcony overlooking the Cumberland River. It was enjoyable watching the paddleboat and other watercraft go by. We will definitely try to stay here again next time in town and highly recommend future guests to stay here as well.

The condo exceeded our expectations. Everything was nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the bed and bath linens were excellent quality. We stayed there with an infant and a toddler so we did have to carry the stroller up and down the steps as there is not an elevator but we knew this at the time of booking. Great location and an easy walk to food and entertainment. We were there visiting family and to go to a Nashville Sounds Baseball game which was just a 5 min walk. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again. The host was prompt to respond to questions prior to our arrival.

The condo is clean, organized, beds are comfortable, and decor is cute. Easy to find spare linens for the pullout, towels, etc. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the deck with our morning coffee! While this complex is within walking distance to Broadway, as a group of women we did not feel safe walking to/from the condo at night as it's not a very populated area, so we opted to Uber each time.Unfortunately, our trip was impacted by an inaccurate rental listing that originally stated this unit had 2 full bathrooms. It has since been updated because of my complaint, but it was an inconvenience to our group of 5 who had expected access to 2 showers instead of 1. I made the mistake of reaching out to the host to ask for a discount based on the false information and that's where everything went south. After being promised a resolution and then strung along for 14 days with nothing but 'wait longer and don't post a review yet' I threw in the towel and called VRBO, at which time the host’s messages took a turn and he began making damage accusations against our group... I have everything in writing. The VRBO rep I spoke with told me that next time I should reach out to them immediately DURING the stay as there isn't much they can do afterwards. The host was unresponsive to VRBO when they contacted him for a resolution. Overall, the unit is good but don't bother trying to resolve anything with the host. If you have any issues, reach out to VRBO directly!

We visited Nashville with friends for our 20th anniversary and the condo, location and host were all amazing! We loved the vibe, pool, balcony and the beds are so comfy!! We met another family in the pool and they complained they their rental had no beach towels or enough complimentary toiletries. This rental did not have this problem and was well stocked and we had everything needed for an amazing weekend!!! Overall we couldn't recommend this rental enough and is the perfect spot to walk the awesome bars/spots in Germantown and a quick 6 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Book now - you won't regret it!

The Riverfront condos are centrally locaed . 7 miles North of Broadway on the Cumberland River in New Germantown. Its location allows you to visit and enjoy the hustle and bustle of broadway, without sleeping in the area. The condo river views allows guests to sit on the balcony or in the living room and watch the River traffic go by. Its central location is walking distance to several great restaurants around Germantown.
