The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience even more memorable! The house is absolutely stunning, with spacious, easy-to-navigate rooms. Our teenagers had a blast in the amazing game room!

The house was nicely updated/renovated with just a few minor fixes needed. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. The pool, updated showers, and renovated kitchen are the stars of this property. The area is amazing if you enjoy Asian cuisine, with plenty of other options close by. The Houston Galleria mall is just 10 minutes away with a lot of great shopping.

The property looked so different from the pictures. When we walked in there was water all over the floor so we cleaned it up and went shopping. When we came back it was back on the floor. Apparently the fridge had a leak. The oven does not heat up past 250. The air fryer was filthy but that’s okay.. we had someone in our group clean it. There were no tools for us to really cook with so we ended up having to eat out most days or buy food that we could microwave. Most of our group is from all over the country but one person was local. He’s a manager for a pool company for multiple complexes around Houston and the first thing he noticed was leftover shock residue. The next day he brought his kit from work to test the water and it was filthy so we didn’t use the pool the whole trip. The washing machine has PHYSICAL dirt and grime in it as soon as you open it. The living room was a HUGE highlight for the trip and so were the two bedrooms next to the master suite. Both bathrooms were dirty when we arrived and the drawers in the master bath looked like they were all going to fall off. Also, the luxury jet tub is literally IN the floor at your feet. Overall, if you just need a place for a big group to stay but don’t need much then I’d choose this place. But please don’t expect much. Also, a lot of hornets somehow find their way into the house.. we killed 5 on our trip so make sure you have someone with you that isn’t scared of those giant red a-holes.

Little piece of Vietnam

Great location next to all of the places my family loves to visit within the Asian community. The home owners were very responsive with all questions. We all loved the pool and will definitely be back again.

Condo Stay

We had a great time here. Everything is close by. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and there is plenty of room. Pool was nice too. Owner is easy to contact and answers quickly. We'll stay again! Only downside was red tide at the beach.....

Our recent stay at this property was, in many aspects, quite pleasant. The residence met our expectations, providing ample space and comfort for our group. We particularly enjoyed the recreational facilities, including the pool and game room. However, we would like to bring a few observations to your attention for future enhancements. We suggest providing dedicated pool towels, as we found it necessary to repeatedly wash the general household towels for poolside use. Additionally, upon our arrival, the outdoor refuse bins were already at capacity from previous guests, which required us to contact the property owner. Most significantly, we experienced a deeply disturbing incident during our stay. On May 17th, at approximately 4:00 AM, we were awakened by the sound of multiple gunshots. We later learned this was a drive-by shooting that occurred just two houses down. This event was profoundly unsettling for our entire group. While the property itself offers many appealing features and amenities, this serious safety incident warrants careful consideration. We wanted to provide this thorough feedback to highlight both the positive aspects of the property and the critical need to address concerns regarding the surrounding area's safety for future guests.

We checked into this property on Thursday, June 25, and were extremely disappointed with the overall condition of the home. The listing photos were clearly outdated and did not accurately represent the property’s current condition, making the listing very misleading.Upon arrival, the exterior in the front and the back of the house was poorly maintained. The back yard had not been mowed, there was dog feces in the back yard patio the patio furniture was worn out and too dirty to sit on, overflowing trash was left at the front of the home.Inside, the home was in need of a deep cleaning. We had to request that the cleaning crew return because there were dead bugs, cobwebs throughout the house, stained curtains, dirty furniture, mismatched and unclean bedding, and an overall musty odor that made it seem as though the home had been vacant for an extended period.In addition to the cleanliness issues, there were several maintenance problems throughout our stay. The refrigerator and freezer leaked continuously, and the air conditioning did not function properly. A it was set to 70 degrees, the temperature inside the home remained around 77 degrees, making the house uncomfortable the day.Overall, property was not in the condition that we believe was represented in the listing pictures. and our experience fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend

Quick spring break getaway

House was great, check in great, house looks like the pictures. The house I upgraded well. I was a little concerned when we pulled up to the home because I hadn’t seen a pic of the front of the home. Never judge a book by its cover- house was really nice and spacious. The one thing we noticed is there weren’t a lot of dishes in the home, so we couldn’t cook some of our food as planned. Overall, we would stay again.

Great place!

My family loved this home! There where a few slight issues with minimal things but nothing of major concern. The oven only preheats to 325 degrees. And the ac in the kitchen dining area feels non existent. The master bathroom door does not close or lock. But the pool and outdoor areas are amazing ! The garage has a pool table and alot of card games. Its such a beautiful spacious home! Definitely recommend 👌

Holiday stay

We picked this house due to its location. The location is near a lot of asian restaurants and shops. I will provide the pros and cons of what we think about the property. PROS: We used to visit Houston a lot and this house is literally 5 - 10 minutes to Vietnamese and China town. The neighborhood is quiet. Now the inside, the kitchen is well stocked. All equipments are new. The host provided us with abundance of snack. All toiletries were stocked as well and laundry detergent. CONS: All these could be because the house were recently remodeled and looks like there still some checklist yet to be completed. So hopefully this doesn’t deter any future rental away. The only area that seemed to be well constructed is the kitchen. The master bedroom could use some blinds on the door that leads to pool. So, staying there is a bit scary, because you get no privacy and the neighbors can see through the door. The doors to the master bath is two closet door put together that have a cap in the middle, no locks, therefore you have to lock the room door if you want to use the bathroom. We didn’t dare to touch a lot of the closet doors or cabinet drawers throughout the house, because it was flimsy and we were afraid it could break. Plus they were painted over so made it harder to pull open. For the drawers that we opened it is dirty inside with construction debris. The passage way between the living room and hallway, where the door used to be, the hinge cutouts need to be sand down/smooth out because our 3 y.o. almost got cut and get a splinter. Overall, great attentive host, but house quality does not represent the pictures posted.
