A great location and plenty of room for our family. Great to have a bed for everyone and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with extras that make cooking a lot more convenient. Easy walk to Village and Gondola. Wood burning stove does a great job of heating the upstairs and floor units also worked well. Responsive and helpful communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.

Very well equipped condo

We really enjoyed our stay with a fairly large group. The kitchen is very well stocked. We would definitely rent again. Owner is very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend at this condo. Pictures were accurate and beds comfortable. But the standout was the amenities. All the games we could want. And perhaps the most stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! It just made the whole stay easy and made the condo feel like home.

Great location

We stayed in the summer during warm temperatures and many of the windows had no screens so we could not take advantage of the fresh air in the cooler evenings. It was very stuffy. The good: great location, very responsive owner, Mammoth is beautiful and this condo would be a great place to stay in the winter.

Hi Amy, So sorry about the missing screens. With all the snow last winter many of the screens got damaged throughout complex and the HOA is in the process of replacing them. Its a big project and Mammoth has limited resources, they are supposed to be done by October. Too bad it was not before your stay! So sorry about that. We appreciate your review.

Great location

We booked this condo because of the proximity to the Village. You can easily walk to the village in about 5 minutes. I liked that there was four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and that all our kids and spouses had a bedroom each. The only down side I can think of is that there is no washer and dryer. We have stayed in a lot of places in Mammoth and at June and this is one was well stocked with enough dishes and pots and pans that it made it easy to cook. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious condo, walking distance to village

Really enjoyed staying at Kevin & Gina's condo. It was really comfortable and spacious for 10 adults and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pan options and sharp knives (a rarity in a rental!). The kings beds were all very comfortable. The bunk beds were...bunk beds. I thought it was smart to put those in the room with the en suite bath to even out bathroom usage. Check in was easy and Kevin was super friendly and communicative. Definitely would stay here again.

There was no hot water the first night, and it was sparse after that. Someone had turned the switch off before our arrival. Other than that, it was great.

Amazing!

we had an amazing time despite huge winter storm! skiing was sadly non-existent due to weather (no one’s fault!) but we enjoyed this home so much. made dinner every night and home had supplemental ingredients (cinnamon, etc) to make it easy. wonderfully decorative but not scary fancy when with teenagers! couldn’t have been better. we will definitely check here first next time we go to Mammoth. couldn’t have been happier! xoxo
