There is an oversized 2 car garage that guests have access to via their access code which is provided prior to check in for a seamless and easy experience. There is also plenty of free street parking in front of the property if needed.

The Grey Havens has a stunning open concept layout, furnished with warm grey's and blues to soothe the soul. Thomasville sectional sofa includes 2 reclining units and foot stool that can be arranged to suit your needs and converts to a Queen sleeping area. The 70 inch HD Smart tv is mounted on a full 360 degree motion swivel, allowing you to turn, tilt up down or out. Includes Youtube live tv and NBA League pass, MLB, NFL Sunday Ticket and you can login to any streaming services you subscribe to! Over sized lounge pillow makes for a cozy snuggle spot. with plenty of soft freshly washed throw's to relax with. There is also a Murphy Cabinet bed that opens up into a Queen bed with an 8 inch memory foam mattress with end tables and usb charging ports.
Chef's kitchen, with gas grill oven that is also an air fryer, convection oven and has a “warming drawer.” Perfect for cooking meals! Plenty of room to host dinners, fully FULLY stocked kitchen with everything you need to whip up a meal or host a family dinner. Our dining room table seats 6 and the large breakfast bar with saddleback seat's 3. (additional seating for 6 available on sight) Clean brilliant White quartz countertops and white subway tile in the kitchen and bathrooms contrast beautifully with the weathered grey oak hardwood floors.

There is a powder room with an adorable pocket door on the main level. In addition there is a walk in storage closet, a coat closet with games for all ages and an adorable bench where guests can remove their shoes and hang their bags.

Dual climate control cooling and heating, with two separate smart thermostats ..so the upstairs and downstairs can be set at different temperatures!

Upstairs is the elegant master suite in soothing sea foam with a 16 inch luxury California King size Euro top mattress. Luxury bedding and crisp cotton sheets with an assortment of pillow's adorn the King bed. A 65 inch HD Smart tv on a 360 full motion swivel -perfect for watching movies in bed. Weathered grey end tables and a matching dresser highlight the beautiful recessed architecture of the ceiling and large fan...make sure to check out the gorgeous view of the valley from the master's large windows.

A large ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, white quartz counter tops, a walk in shower with a dual rainfall shower head lends to the spa like experience of the master bathroom. The master also has a gigantic walk in closet with lots of extra space that can even be used as a nursery. (pack and play on site) Plenty of extra fluffy towels and crisp clean linens and extra bedding can be found in each closet in the house.

The Queen "Seashell room" offers a super comfy bed and compliments the beach vibe of the space. Nestle into the bed and fall asleep to the relaxing sound of the ocean, compliment's of the sound machine perched on one of two end tables.

The final room, includes a full size bed and twin bed with twin trundle, snuggle into one of the new green tea memory foam mattresses. Like each bedroom the large closet has plenty or room for storage and also has plenty of extra bedding, sheets, pillows and even air a few air mattress's if needed;) There is also a separate work station for guests who need to work during their stay. Of course we have blazing fast wifi for work and for entertainment purposes.

The second full bathroom is in soothing sage green and features a bathtub/shower combo for those who enjoy a good soak. Located between the Queen Room and twin/trundle room and is also fully stocked with towels and toiletries for guests.

The laundry room is located upstairs and is fully stocked with a brand new washer and dryer, clothing steamer, iron and supplies.

Hot beverage bar includes drip coffee, keurig, multiple tea's and hot cocoa. Plates, cups, mugs, pans, griddles, bowls, utensils..everything you need The Grey Havens has it. (check out our reviews for previous guest's insight on our property)

Pet supplies are provided and we have games suitable for any age, even your "fur-baby" has a game included.
Both upstairs bathrooms include facial wipes, toothpaste, lotion, and organic and non organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The only thing missing from The Grey Havens is you! We love to surprise and delight our guests!

**** The community pool is open for guest use from May-September, 7am-10pm. There is a clubhouse with bathrooms, rock wall outdoor shower, tables, chairs umbrellas and lounge chairs-perfect for some fun in the sun! Clubhouse has change rooms and water fountains, located less than 2 min walk from the property.**or space!
