Modern House for 18 close to BSU with Firepit in Boise

This is our 4th property, please check out our reviews for the other 3 by clicking on my photo or profile name. We are a Superhost with Airbnb and a PremierHost with VRBO. Brand new to the market mid-April 2023 - all NEW carpet, furniture, and bedding. This spacious, elegant home is 1.4 miles from Costco in Boise and 6 min from the Boise Airport. This house is set up to accommodate large groups. Rates are based on 8 guests, add $15/night/guest up to 18. Please enter the booking for the highest number of people you will have at any point during your stay. Example of how this policy works: If you have 10 guests one night, 15 another, and 12 on the last one, we will charge you for 15. This is because linens will have to be washed for 15 people, regardless of how many nights your 15 guests used the towels and bedsheets.

Great location in Boise. Great shopping & dining. House: 2 high-end queen sleeper sofas and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. The kitchen counter seats 2. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite. I bought this house in 2022 and have furnished it all new. All 18 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses (4 downstairs, up to 14 upstairs).

The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.

This is a nice residential neighborhood that is very close to Costco and about 14 minutes from both downtown Boise and The Village in Meridian. There are many awesome stores and restaurants to explore!
