Summary:
The Village is Boise's hip new shopping mall - 4 min by car. Great shopping & dining. House: One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. Please note there is no tub or shower downstairs. The dining table is for 8, and 2 can sit at the kitchen counter. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. 13 guests will sleep on memory foam mattresses, 2 will have a queen size air mattress.

The Space:
The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table under a covered pergola, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

Guest Access:
You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street. There is a foosball table in the garage for your use.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in a residential neighborhood 4 min from The Village (Shops & Dining) and on a very quiet street. To Boise airport: 17 min. To Bogus Basin: 1 hr. To Eagle: 10 min. To Idaho Central Arena: 18 min. To Eagle Ada Sports Complex: 14 min. To Eagle Tennis Club: 11 min.

This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.
