This bright, airy, well appointed end-unit townhome is located in charming Rosemont in Alexandria. Just steps from the King Street Metro Station and only blocks from Old Town Alexandria, this rental is the definition of convenience! The unit features 2 bedrooms (1 with a King size bed, and 1 with a twin bed that converts easily to King size) and 1 full bathroom on the upper level. Lower level has a king size bed and a attached bathroom with shower.The main level features an updated kitchen with breakfast bar and multiple living spaces. Relax in the front sitting room in lots of natural light, share a meal in the formal dining room, kick back and enjoy the game or a movie in the cozy TV room (outfitted with a 50-in smart TV and sleeper sofa), or take in the nice weather on the screened-in sitting deck. Enjoy your own personal retreat located just minutes from Reagan National Airport, a short drive to the Nation's Capital, close to Whole Foods, and tons of eateries (including Grape & Bean and Lena's Pizza) in additon to two Metro stops. Great location

My family of four stayed at this property & found it to be very nice. Communication with the property manager was clear & helpful. Convenient location to metro & restaurants as well. Property was also very clean & well stocked. Overall a pleasant stay.

Family Vacation

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was a bonus and we used it every morning & evening. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. Very nice neighborhood and the Metro was within walking distance from the house (4 blocks). Overall, a great home to stay in while on vacation. We will book again when we come to the area.

The house was great, exactly as depicted in the listing. Slept 6 comfortably. No surprises. Location was convenient. No complaints at all - would highly recommend this house.

Home away from home w/ conveniences

The check-in process was seamless. The photos actually undersell the home. It was lovely. Suggest putting in listing that the lower level is ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Bedroom, sitting space and restroom, make this a comfortable option if someone cannot navigate too many stairs. Granted meals would need to come to them on the lower level. The space flowed. The kitchen amenities were spot on. The screened in patio ideal to just unwind for a few minutes. Overall, I would rent again without hesitancy and suggest you select this home for your next visit to the DC Metro area.

Excellent base station for visiting the DC area

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for us and our two teenage grandchildren. There's a place to park a car off the street. The location is wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Less than a 10 minute walk to the King Street Old Town metro station. That's also the location where one can catch the free King Street trolley which will take you almost all the way to the waterfront. King Street is a nice place to stroll and there are many shops and restaurants. We rode the metro most days to the many museums and historical sites in the DC area. The condo was well supplied with dishes and utensils for cooking and eating. The TV room was a comfortable place to relax after a day of walking and seeing the sights. Overall a very good place to stay. We would do it again if we are in the area.
