Upon entering the home, you'll step into the kitchen area, with the peaceful and cozy living room space in the backdrop. It features a smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all on the main floor. The beautiful dining area is perfectly situated between the kitchen and living room area, an inviting space for your entire group to engage in intriguing conversations, gather, dine-in and wine-down. The dining room features a glass table with seating for six.
With Whole Foods less than 10 minutes away by foot and a kitchen that is fully-stocked, you have access to everything you'll need to make and enjoy meals at home. The kitchen also has a door leading to a private outdoor space with seating.
The home features hardwood floors throughout with stairs leading you to the 2nd level of the home where you will find the three bedrooms, and two full-size bathrooms. The main bedroom is plush and with its room darkening curtains, sleeps two very comfortably in a King-size bed. It has a loft area with a sleeper sofa, space for relaxing, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair; excellent for Zoom calls or simply a quiet space to get work done. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two Twin beds.

Other things to note
1. I use smart technology in my home - smart locks, smart thermostat, smart TVs, smart smoke detectors and many more. Home is equipped with a smart lock. Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application.
2. Health and safety is my top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate.
3. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.
4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay.
5. The bathrooms and all bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. One must climb stairs to the reach the 2nd level (see picture).
