Great location

Condo was great! Right on the beach. Was expecting crowds for 4th of July but because the complex is smaller the beach was not crowded at all. This is a gem and we will definitely be back. Perfect for people who love the beach and hate the crowds of 30A!

Family get a way

Perfect location with a perfect view! Loved the size of the complex. Stayed the week of Memorial Day and our end of the beach was so peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stay

Our stay was exactly what we had expected!! Nice spacious condo, very clean and modern. The view was perfect, beach and pool was not crowded given a holiday weekend. We will definitely return next year!!

Lovely condo

The condo was clean and as advertised . My complaint is beach in front of condo were covered with pop ups. This happened before 6 am. Being elderly I couldn't get down to waters edge. We used Ike's chair and umbrella service. This is the only reason I wouldn't stay there again

It was very accommodating to the family. They had everything needed to cook and extra beach toys. (We could have left ours at the house for our four kids.) a lot of hanging storage, TVs in every room. It was clean and the condo as a whole was family friendly. The only con was the back bedroom (master suite) stayed what felt like 10 degrees hotter than the other part of the condo. They did have fans, but weren't as powerful as what I have at home. All in all, I would definitely go back!

Wonderful Condo and view....

We enjoyed our stay in this condo so much!! The place was very clean, tons of kitchen utensils, nice large laundry room, and the view was AMAZING... The pool area was very nice and clean, and the elevators had no issues at all. The parking is limited with a condo this large, but was available across the street with a fee. We definitely will be back and want the same condo again!!

Beach getaway

We loved the roominess of this condo and the patio and view! Love that the bedrooms are down the hallway so young kids can sleep and adults can still hang out in den area and watch tv or play games, etc. The only complaint I have is having to pay an extra $20/day to park an extra car in a lot across the street. If you have more than 4 people then you probably have 2 cars. Overall had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!

The condo was as advertised

We don’t have too much too review b/c we end up having the a/c went out. Our check-in day was on Thursday and we were called about 4:30pm central time that our a/c wasn’t working but a maintenance person was coming to repair it and our unit would be nice and cold when we arrived. We arrived late and pretty much went straight to bed. After coming back from the beach the next day (Friday), we noticed it was hot. We called the property management and they sent someone out. He told us the unit was done and there was nothing he could do. Property management said they would send someone the next morning. The next morning they called and said no one was coming and said we could move to another unit, which we did. So we really didn’t have a lot of time in that particular condo unit. We just wished the a/c unit would have been repaired properly before we arrived on Thursday instead of them trying to get someone to come out over the weekend, which they found impossible. The unit was clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The set up was nice.
