Palacio 3/2 on 17th Floor with a Million Dollar View

Our 17th floor condo has breath taking views and is almost 1600 sq. ft. It is casual and comfortable with cozy living room furniture, comfortable balcony with majestic view, elegant master.!

The master bedroom features a king sized bed. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate roomy shower. In the living room, we have comfortable furniture (including a queen sleeper sofa),

The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom which has a set of bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top,

There are smart TV's in each bedroom and the living room.

The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and the refrigerator provides filtered water and ice. All the cookware, dinner ware and accessories you need are here as well.

In addition, we have a high chair and pack n play for use during your stay. One less thing to pack for your family vacation!

The Palacio complex offers two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. Beach access is directly off the pool and beach chair/umbrella service is available (from a third party). Other amenities include a Fitness Room overlooking the Gulf, and tennis courts.


Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and children's activities are located nearby for those times when you can drag yourself away from the pristine beaches and turquoise water.

Everything you need for a great get away is here. Just unpack your bags and put your toes in the sand or listen to the surf from your private balcony! Paradise awaits you!

Great location! Condo was well furnished, comfortable, clean, well maintained, and had plenty of entertainment available if stuck inside. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any issues. We needed a parking pass and the host had one delivered w/i 30 min. Will keep on list for future vacations.

Perfect location

This is a beautiful location, property, and condo. Excellent communication was provided by the host. The amenities and private beach access gave us a perfect family vacation. Bonus: A wonderful plaza across the way includes an ice cream shoppe and the area's best gluten-free pizza for thise looking for either! Publix is only a couple of minutes away for grocery needs. This is the perfect location for a hassle-free time with family or friends.

The condo is as just as described in the listing, beautiful views and spacious for our family of 4. The location is just across the street from restaurants and shops, a visit to Dave’s Snowball is a must every night. Very clean and furnished with everything that we could need. Awesome stay!

We had a great time! The condo was perfect! The view was so amazing I didn't want to leave the balcony. The condo was beautifully decorated! The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking for our family of 7. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, etc. The condo was clean and very thoughtfully furnished. The view from the master bed was even amazing! We saw lots of dolphins from the condo and from the beach. Beach chair service was great too! Overall, I really can't say enough great things to express how perfect this place is! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I spent my teenage years at Pensacola Beach, but I prefer vacationing here at Perdido so that everything I need (restaurants and grocery stores) right here without having to go over a toll bridge everyday. I find that I enjoy many restaurants here, in Orange Beach, at Gulf Beach, Foley and Penscola. It's a great location. I enjoy the less-commercialized, quieter area of the gulf beaches!!

This is the perfect property for dolphin-watching from the balcony, walking across the street for restaurants, enjoying a great white beach. Being on the 17th floor allows for a magnificent view .Since we are higher than the neighboring condo, you can see all the way down the island. We enjoy beautiful sunsets from our balcony, as well!
