No need to be worried about all the good reviews being a scam. This place was really wonderful! My husband and I stayed a week and enjoyed the comfy beds and clean condo. We literally saw zero bugs inside the whole time, which I thought was impossible for Florida. Couple things I wish I had known: the bath towels are on the small side, there are 2 beach chairs in the unit (didn’t test them out), but if you want to have an umbrella at the beach or beach towels you will have to bring your own. There is a beach chair and umbrella service you can rent from daily, but wasn’t cheap. The sunrises were magnificent though. So if you’re looking for a small quiet area to really relax and unwind, this is the place for you. We would definitely go back, Perdido Realty Vacations do a great job and are very personable.

Spring Break Trip

The location was great and we enjoyed the condo very much. This was one of the best equipped condo rentals we have had. It was equipped with all of the kitchen utensils and cookware that we could need. Loved our stay.

We stayed here for a week in August and had a great time. The condo was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. We loved the beach view from the balcony and the beach access. We brought our own chairs and umbrella, but they do offer that service during the week for a fee (not cheap). The beach was close and very clean. There never was an issue trying to find a spot on the beach either. It was fun to fish from the shore in the morning and evening. Also all the kids/parents out looking for crabs at night. The pools were nice and the weight room worked for what we needed. We were mainly on the beach but the jellyfish became a problem towards the end of our stay. As others stated, the bathroom could use a little updating. And while towels are provided, the are thin white hotel type. So if you like plush towels I’d bring your own. The beds in the guest room were nice. The king size was to hard for us (but personal preference). The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. I brought a crockpot, but that was there along with a blender. We did have to go out and buy a new frying pan. There were a few, but all scratched and no finish. No good when cooking eggs/fish. I would definitely return to this property for the view and beach access. The security officers were also very friendly. With private beach, you must wear a rubber bracelet.

Fabulous!

This condo was even better than the description. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. I am grateful to the family who owns this condo…there’s no doubt they care about their guests.

Wonderful vacation experience at Perdido Key Beach

Communication was phenomenal by Perdido Key Realty before, during and after our week-long stay. The accommodations were exactly as described with beautiful views and a comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. The condo was very well stocked and convenient to stores, restaurants and a short drive to entertainment. Perfect spot for a quiet family vacation. Also right across the street from Paul's Pizza with one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

Great condo. Beautiful property.

The condo was clean and lovely. Everything we needed was there. The beach access is easy. The gym and pool areas are great. I go to Perdido every year around this time for a conference. I will definitely check to see if this little gem is available next year. Thanks for a great escape!

Beautiful Beach View STUNNING

Balcony is spacious with nice outdoor seating and dining. Love all the windows in every room. New mattress’s are needed. Otherwise, the sofa and club chair very comfortable. The property is well maintained and clean. You can’t go wrong with this property!!!!

Very nice!

This is a great condo. We’ve been staying at Beach Colony for 9 years. Very clean. Great amenities. Everyone was very nice and responsive. We needed to use the rollaway bed. There weren’t sheets in the condo, so I messaged them late at night. We had the sheets the next morning. The only thing I didn’t love is having a physical door key instead of a code. It’s a wonderful place to stay!
