Pool Home near Ponte Vedra Beach!

We as hosts strive to provide our guests with an excellent experience. You booked our home for three nights. Late in the day, on the last night you contacted us about the hot water heater. We immediately contacted a repairman, but as it was the end of the day we could not get anyone to come out until the next morning. Your review leaves out the important fact that we offered to refund you the entire cost for that last day, the day that you made us aware of the problem. You refused this offer and stayed in our home. Then 12 days later, before you wrote your review, you messaged us asking for money. If you would have contacted us that first morning, when you said you noticed it, we would have had somebody there that same day. We have a stellar record of good reviews and fast responses which we are very proud of.
