Sleeping arrangements
Three spacious king bedrooms provide restful nights, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite on the main level features a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, offering a place to relax after a day outdoors. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, with one including a private balcony where you can pause with a book or enjoy the fresh air. A half bath is also available for convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is designed for cooking together, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double oven. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table inside invites cozy meals, while the outdoor BBQ grill lets you enjoy relaxed evenings on the patio.

Outdoor living
The private patio overlooks the pond and offers comfortable seating, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. A community pool is available for a refreshing swim or a quiet moment by the water.

Comfort & amenities
You’ll have air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and iron. Entertainment includes an HDTV and board games, and a dedicated workspace supports longer stays. High-speed Wi-Fi and free parking for two cars add to the ease of your visit.

Neighborhood & access
Located within a gated community at TPC Sawgrass, you’ll enjoy walking trails and on-site dining. Golf, pickleball, and tennis courts are available to members only and not rental guests. Sawgrass Country Club is private and does not offer access to rental guests. A private entrance ensures an easy arrival and departure.
