Tiny lakefront cottage with all the bells and whistles

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us multiple times. We’re glad you’ve enjoyed the home and its setting over the years. We do want to provide some additional context for future guests. Our goal is not perfection, but rather basic care of the property and adherence to clearly posted house guidelines. During this stay, as well as prior visits, there were several items that required follow-up— including outdoor heaters left on, doors left unlocked, trash and food left behind, cushions missing from the deck, fishing rods left in the water, and outdoor equipment such as kayaks and the canoe left in the water. These items may seem minor individually, but they impact the upkeep of the home, safety, and readiness for incoming guests, and in some cases have resulted in additional cleaning and maintenance costs. We respect our guests’ privacy and experience, but we also have a responsibility to maintain the home to a high standard. Our communication is simply to ensure the property remains in excellent condition for everyone who stays. We truly wish you the best in your future travels.
