The expansive rear deck is perfect for sitting and enjoying your morning cup of coffee or spending your summer evenings sipping sweet tea & taking in the views of the lake. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the lake!

This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level, with the 2nd living quarters in the finished lower level, where you'll find a 2nd kitchen, an additional bedroom, a full bath, a living room, and a game room.

Your lake access boat ramp is just to the right of the house!

Upon entering Kool Breeze, the open-concept living space is immediately evident and inviting. On the main level, there is a large dining area with an extendable table, seating 8. The living room has a large TV & 2 comfy couches where you can relax and enjoy a game while also taking in the fantastic lake views.

The fully stocked kitchen, features new countertops, is adjacent to the living room with an island and seating for two. Off the kitchen, you'll find a screened-in porch with a TV and seating for six. Grab your seat and check out the morning views of the lakeside. A second deck is the perfect set-up with a table and grill for an evening family BBQ.

The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with a luxurious king bed. Across the house, there are two more bedrooms featuring king beds in each, suited with plush comforters and pillows. A shared hall bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.

The lower level is where the fun and games begin! Here is where you'll find a game room, family room, and second kitchen. The perfect space for gamers, the lower level game room has the classic bean bag chair and comfy couch for an epic gaming experience!

A spacious bedroom for the kiddos with a twin bunk and a twin-over-full bunk sleeps 5 with a full hall bathroom. The lower level living area is spacious and comfortable, which makes it super convenient for large groups of people to hang out together!

The lower level boasts an outdoor area, including a new built-in fire pit to enjoy evening s'mores while enjoying lake views. The new hot tub is a great way to wind down after a day on the lake and plan the next day's adventures.

The private dock has seating for four with new Adirondack chairs, a place for any rental boats, a swimming platform, and your own private boat launch. Conveniently located on the dock is a kayak for your enjoyment and an assortment of life jackets. Don't forget the boat ramp adjacent to the home, accommodating large boats up to 30 feet.

- This rental also features 2 kayaks.
- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this home. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $175 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

Parking Details:
Maximum of 5 cars is allowed onsite.
No parking on grass or street.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
