We had a great time here with 3 families. Plenty of space and the backyard had lots to entertain the kids and adults. We also enjoyed the outdoor TV and sitting area. We had a hot week and the pool was perfect and never needed to be heated. Would highly recommend!

We had a group down for spring training and had a blast staying here. Kids were occupied between the pool basketball and golf the whole time. Place was clean and host was super communicative. Kitchen and outdoor grill setup were both awesome and super convenient. Would definitely recommend.

The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The amenities were a major highlight (pool, multiple TV's, basketball court), which made it possible for everyone to unwind in their own way. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into making the home comfortable and enjoyable for guests. Very nice property, only had an unfortunate problem with pool not being able to keep heating. The remainder of the property and amenities were great. The entire family enjoyed the stay.

The best vacation home for any family!!!

I don't even know where to begin, but this house was amazing... it had plenty of room and activities for the whole family. So many things to do and I couldn't get enough compliments about the great stay. Its very comfortable and just the perfect size for a large family. Great Home for a Group

We had a great time at this beautiful house. We had a large group of family together at the house and just cooked, relaxed and did all of the activities at the house. There was something for everyone and enough room to spread out and not be on top of each other. We hardly left the house, there was so much to do. The entrance doors all need a little fixing but the owners were very quick to respond to any issues. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was great for our family and had most everything that we needed. Our host was great to accomodate to get the thinngs that we requested. The location is not what we expected as it was right next to a busy road and the house was surface level clean. When we moved the couch or other furniture to clean, there was garbage and dirt. The rugs seemed soiled and worn but overall it was a nice place to stay. We paid extra to heat the pool in January and it was decieving by the pictures online because it looks there is a hot tub that is connected to the pool but that water is the same temp as the pool. Fortunely they had a different hot tub that was not connected. Overall it was a nice stay for our family.

Something for everyone!

This property had something for everyone! My teenagers loved being able to have so many options on what to do. The property is well maintained and incredibly spacious. The kitchen is amazing and it was so easy to prep large family meals. Grocery stores are close by and easy to get to. Some members of our group ran everyday and enjoyed the scenery of the mountains nearby. Excellent communication from the host; it was very clear they want you to truly enjoy your vacation!

Our family vacation

The stay was amazing everything was exactly how it was advertised. Heather was very attentive to all my inquiries and her responses were almost immediate. This house literally has everything you need so if you don’t want to leave the home you wouldn’t have too. She has games, big screen tvs in every room and outside, pool table,darts basketball and the pool and jacuzzi etc basically everything you need for every age group. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends. My family and I will definitely be staying here again. Wonderful family vacation

We had a great family vacation here with 7 adults and 4 little kids. The backyard was amazing, with a nice, clean heated pool and hot tub. The kids loved the putting green and all the pool floats - we spent most of our time back there! The electric inflatable pump was a nice touch and there was plenty of comfortable seating as well. The kids also loved the bunk room with sliding board and the board games. Heather was an excellent host and was proactive about fixing an issue with the pool. She was very responsive to questions and helpful with suggestions. There's a nice view of South Mountain and we went for a good hike there. The only downside of the location for us is that it's on a busy street so there is constant traffic noise. We found that we tuned this out pretty quickly, so it wasn't a big issue - but it was never quiet. Several grocery stores were close by. The kitchen was stocked with plates and silverware and (plastic) drinkware for a big group but was light on other cooking supplies. A little inconvenient when cooking for a big group, but we still managed fine. Overall a great spot for our group!

Property is a corner house right off of a really busy street so traffic was really loud both inside and outside. Basketball hit the rim and bounced out almost constantly resulting in us having to retrieve it in a dangerous area and once we couldn’t find it. We purchased and replaced it. Pool was dirty and filters looked uncleaned for quite awhile. Maintenance people never came on the dates that the owner said they would come. Lights on the pool did not work. Instruction binder was lacking a lot of information. We didn’t realize that there were pool towels until we had already used our shower towels. Big giant dinning room was pretty much useless. Games tables in garage are very cheap and in poor condition. No chalk for the pool sticks. Comforter in master bedroom had stains on it and looked as if it had not been washed before we came. And don’t expect to hang out in the living room in the evening, sun blares in. No shades on the back doors so it is hot and blinding. Pans and utensils are in much needed replacement. I know these places get a lot of wear and tear but it’s past time to update and replace things. Also we took out pets but there was no place for them to go potty, owner asked in the manual for you to take them on the rocks! Hot concrete and rocks for our fur babies. That is not considerate. Too hot to play mini golf and basketball. Back yard needs sunshades! I’m sorry but I would not recommend this place.

Because of this, even with professional cleaning prior to each guest’s arrival and routine servicing as needed, natural elements can sometimes accumulate between visits. We understand how this can be frustrating during a stay. We appreciate your comments regarding maintenance, cleanliness, furnishings, and amenities, and we are actively reviewing these items with our cleaning and service teams to ensure improvements are made. We are also updating our guest welcome materials to provide clearer and more detailed instructions for future guests. Regarding pets, our records did not reflect a pet request or approval for this reservation. There is a pet fee that you dishonestly avoided. However, your feedback is valuable and will be used to help us improve the guest experience going forward.
