Kitchen is fully equipped all cooking tools and utensils, Keurig coffee machine, blender for smoothies or cocktails.

Main living area provides large comfy sectional couch, 70in TV. All TVs in house include several streaming apps for your to access your accounts and we provide YouTube TV which includes basic sports package.

Our single story home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and a large private backyard with a heated pool *NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR HEATING THE POOL! , lounge chairs, outdoor dining under the large, covered patio, and a BBQ grill. Great location just minutes from the 101 and the 51 freeway, Paradise Valley, Desert Ridge, Scottsdale, and downtown Phoenix.

Guests will have full private access with personal code, on site parking and garage access included.

During the summer months, the Arizona monsoon season brings heavy rain and strong winds which causes the pool to be filled with dirt and debris. As much as possible, we make sure to keep the pool clean and ready before you check in but since this is something we can’t control on our end, please note that a refund due to the pool’s condition during this season will not be possible.

We will have the pool ready for your check-in however daily cleanings are not included. The pool is equipped with a long pole and hand skimmer for removing debris during your stay. If you would like us to request our pool maintenance company to do an on-demand visit, you can request this but additional charges may apply.
