Last trip before back to school

I took my wife and three college kids here and had a fantastic time. Cool 1950’s cabin in a prime location. I’d stay here again.

A relaxing piece of paradise. We loved the log cabin, our hosts and the lake. The log cabin is exceptional, fully furnished and with well stocked kitchen. We particularly made use of the high quality BBQ outside and enjoyed a fire pit by the lake at night. We will return . Thank you P & B.

Our stay at the cabin was magical!The cabin was immaculate and very well stocked with just about anything you might need. The location was perfect. We witnessed beautiful sunrises and magnificent sunsets. The moon over the lake was breathtaking! !Our family cannnot wait until we can return to this slice of heaven on Earth!

Another great vacation

This is our third time staying here. It gets harder to leave each time we come back. Beautifully decorated cabin with absolutely stunning views of Lake George. The patio and dock area are heaven on earth and we spent countless hours enjoying it. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved this house and property! House is spacious and comfy and has everything you could need, outdoor patio is amazing and has comfy Adirondack chairs for lounging plus a picnic table for outdoor meals. We barely were inside all week bc it was so gorgeous out there! The dock is new and was great to use for the boat we rented, swimming area is shallow and nice. Patricia was wonderful to deal with - super helpful! And while the house feels secluded from the town, it’s an easy walk to everything, which we loved. Highly recommend this property!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location could not be better, the cabin was everything we wanted/needed for a relaxing, comfortable week at the lake. Wonderful lakefront log cabin home

We absolutely loved our stay at Patricia's log cabin home. Patricia was so nice and accommodating and it was wonderful to bring our dog on vacation. The place is gorgeous, very clean, has outstanding views of Lake George and has every amenity a person could think of. We spent a considerable amount of time outside on the patio and down on the dock relaxing. It's a very short walk to the main street and we loved seeing the steamships cruise up and down the lake. Hands down the best vacation home we have ever stayed at and we want to come back again.

10/10 Excellent Place to relax

I took my wife and 2 adult children to spend a week at the cabin. We like log cabins and being on a lake was wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice.It was clean when we arrived and had a very comfortable inviting vibe about it.My wife loved the antique furnishings.It was a great place to go and relax. While swimming we had an otter or two swim near us on several days.Patricia, the owner is very nice and very accommodating- the coffee maker stopped working and she had new one the next day.Another bonus was being walking distance to the stores and restaurants in Lake George Village.We highly recommend vacationing the cabin!

Simply breathtaking! Best place to stay!!!

This is the second time we rented this log cabin. The first time we rented it was 2 years ago for my husband's 50th birthday in the fall and this time for my 50th birthday. We could not have picked a better place for such important events/milestones in our life. You cannot beat the location of this log cabin. It is right in the middle of the village where there are endless things to enjoy for all ages 1-100 ! I truly thank the owner for opening their amazing home so that we all can experience the breathtaking views Lake George has to offer. I truly cannot say enough good things about this home. It is very clean, rustic but with modern amenities. It is just PERFECT!

Great location and Home

We stayed at Patricia's home in late May. The house is close to downtown Lake George and all the shops and restaurants. The home is right on the lake and we enjoyed waking up to the beautiful lake views every morning while enjoying the fire pit every evening. The house was roomy enough for three adults and two children with plenty of extra space. We spent several evenings cooking in and had everything we needed, and several evenings eating out at the local restaurants. We enjoyed the Sagamore Hotel for a spa day and Lake George kayaking in Bolton to take kayaks out on one of the warmer days. Patricia was a gracious host and the house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed . We will absolutely be back again!

Memorable 40th Birthday at Lake George

I chose this property because I love log cabins and lakes. It did not disappoint. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The cabin was well appointed and in great shape. The location was walking distance to everything. I enjoyed fishing on the dock with my son, listening to live music from a nearby restaurant. We swam in the lake, rented kayaks, and enjoyed more.live music at a nearby park. This trip was everything I hoped for and more. Patricia was an exceptional host. She helped me identify good running trails for my marathon training, gave recommendations for things to do nearby, and taught me a lot about the history of the steam boats and the cabin. I can't wait to go back!

PERFECT LAKE GEORGE HOME

We spent a week at this amazing lake front home in August 2022. My children (ages 13, 12, and 6) had a blast playing and swimming in the lake, as well as lounging on the dock. We all loved being so close to town! We did not have to worry about driving and parking our car if we wanted to go shopping or out to a restaurant. My older two children also enjoyed being able to independently go into town to walk the dog or to grab a tasty treat. We also loved watching the Thursday night fireworks right from the dock, as well as watching the Minnie-Ha-Ha and other boats sail by the house daily! Patricia was a great host and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! Overall, it was an amazing week! I highly recommend this lovely home!

Beautiful, peaceful and fun getaway

My husband and I, 2 adult and 1 preteen children spent a week at this cabin. It was hands down one of our favorite family vacations! As others mentioned the pictures of the cabin don't do it justice, it looks nice on the pictures, but it is really a beautiful space! The view is just gorgeous, the cabin was super clean and had all of the comforts of home. Loved being able to enjoy the views from inside, on the outdoor patio and down on the dock! This home feels so private yet is very close to everything that Lake George Village has to offer. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway, look no further, this is it!

Perfection

This was our second time renting the cabin and our stay was even better than our first stay last year. The cabin is spotless and comes with every amenity you could want. The views of Lake George are breath taking and we spent many hours relaxing outside. Very short walk to the village and we hardly drove our car. We hope to make this our annual vacation spot!

Best Vacation Spot Ever!

This is the second time we rented this log cabin. The first time we rented it was in 2013. It was truly one of the best family vacations we ever had. This time met the firsts expectations. This time we had our son, daughter-in-law and six-year-old grandson. The log cabin is located on the lake, off the main street in Lake George Village (Canada Street) smack dab in the center of down town. You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping and activities the town has to offer. The cabin comes complete with a dock and a private shallow swimming area. We rented a pontoon boat for four days of our stay. Another added bonus is the Thursday night Lake George Fireworks show located directly in front of the cabin. The owner (Patricia) is a great hostess and even though she lives next door, is completely un-intrusive, but there to answer any questions you should have about the area. We hope to come back again.

Perfect Location

I've stayed with my family at several lake front properties and they were all nice but this was by far the best. Lots of room for 6 people, great outdoor space and views. The best part was the proximity to downtown Lake George. Didn't use my car all week. Within walking distance to EVERYTHING. The dock and swim area was perfect for my 9 year old and his 2 friends. The swim area is perfect for small kids. Nice and sandy. Patricia was great with all my questions. Hope to return in the future.

Perfect Lake Getaway

Loved this house and the entire location! We went with our two kids ages 4 and 7 and they had an amazing time. The dock was perfect for swimming and the proximity to town was ideal. Close to everything and the house was in excellent shape. We had such a great trip and would definitely return and/or recommend to others.

Perfect!

My family and I stayed at this lovely cabin for my husband’s 70th Birthday. We could not have wished for anyplace to be as perfect As this home on Lake George. We had a span of ages from 2-70 Years and our Collie...and everyone was not only comfortable but A great time was had by all! This place is beyond amazing! From the location to the cabin itself, there is simply no downside here. Patricia, the owner, is responsive and adds those little touches to the stay that make it more than worthwhile. We have rented here before and will continue to as long as we can.

Perfect location

We just returned from out week long stay. The house is in a perfect location for walking Into town for coffee and to enjoy all the town has to offer. It is perfect for enjoying boating and swimming in the lake and has perfect views. The owner is great and makes sure the house remains in top shape. Highly recommend this house for your lake George stay

Perfect Lake George Getaway

The house and the location cannot be beat. Patricia was helpful and responsive when we reached out to her. We have totally fallen in 💕 with Lake George...look no further when finding a house to book!

Exceeded expectations!

This property exceeded our expectations. We booked at the last minute and Patricia was more than accommodating. The cabin was immaculate and in the perfect location - secluded enough that you felt as if you were alone on Lake George but also within walking distance to town. Every detail had been considered, including fresh flowers and complimentary pastries! We will definitely be returning. A true gem on Lake George.
