This Luxurious Home sits on Twelve Acres of Land in the gorgeous town of Meredith NH! Seven Gables Farm was custom built with true craftsmanship and leaves you wanting for nothing. The family of this amazing property has thought of every detail. When you step inside and close the wooden front door, you leave the outside world behind. With nearly 4,100 square feet, 6 bedrooms, and 5 baths, (sleeping up to12) there is enough room for multiple families to come, relax, and enjoy all the charm of the Lakes Region. Whether you are an extended family with lots of little ones or some friends reuniting for a memorable getaway, this is the perfect house for you.

Experience a retreat that is equipped with central A/C, Wi-Fi, a chef's kitchen (fully equipped), spacious vaulted living room with charming gas fireplace, an office, a lovely farmers porch, and covered deck. The chef's kitchen has ample counter space, a 6-burner stove, large island for gathering, and connects to a spacious dining room that seats 12 people. The owners of Seven Gables Farm have four generations that enjoy the space together. The 1st floor offers a master suite (king) with walk-in closet, desk, and private bath; a private office, and a roomy laundry/mudroom. Although not fully accessible for mobility needs, the home is mobility friendly. Three steps up to the house with a sturdy hand rail. One step into the home. Once on the main level there are no steps except a step out on to the covered deck. The doorway to the master bedroom is 35” wide as is the door into the master bath. There is a small lip on the shower under the shower door. Grab bars are available for the shower and toilet areas. There is also a powder room/ half bath on the first floor providing privacy for the master suite. With four of the bedrooms having king or queen beds and private bathrooms, this is also a wonderful accommodation for four couples to share. Lots of privacy for everyone.

Upstairs, on the second level, you will find three additional bedrooms, bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds and a bunk bed sharing a full bath with bedroom 2, Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom (queen) is down a hallway with an en-suite private bath. There is a 3rd floor living area with a magnificent view. The finished walk out basement features a full bathroom, second refrigerator, an open entertaining area/playroom with games, books and puzzles. The french doors open onto a large patio area. There are two sleeping areas on this level. A bedroom (king) with walk in closet, and a bedroom/ study with a trundle daybed, closet, dresser and sliding doors with full drapes.

This beautiful home has the perfect yard for relaxing and entertaining, Before you hit the road pack your yard games and partake in some competitive fun while enjoying a family BBQ. The owners also provide 3 side rails for beds, 2 pack and plays, a beautiful full sized crib, a highchair, changing table, flatware, cups and dishes for up to 4 toddlers, and a baby gate for the stairs for your little ones!
 
There is parking for a boat trailer with exterior outlet to charge boat batteries. Guests will have use of one garage bay during their stay. The Parking area can accommodate up to six cars.

Walk or bike to downtown Meredith just 1.5 miles from the house, you'll find everything you need. Local Library, Town Docks, Winnipesaukee boat launch, Diners, Cafe's, Shops, Grocery Store etc. The Public town beach (Lake Waukewan) is just .4 miles down the road. You may easily walk on a paved sidewalk to the beach. You will also find a boat launch on Lake Waukewan.

Please note: Linens are included with this home so you will not need to bring your own sheets and towels. (You will need your own beach towels) SLEEPS 12.
