The unit is located on the 1st floor and was completely renovated in September 2022, creating a wonderful, open floor plan.  Inside you will find a master bedroom with a new king-sized bed, custom walk-in closet, and smart TV. The master bath features a double vanity with a walk-in tiled shower. Your guest bedroom has 2 new twin beds and a smart TV as well.  The guest bathroom has a shower and tub for small kids to bathe after a long day at the beach!
 
The kitchen is stocked with many appliances you might need; including a toaster oven, microwave, Keurig Duo coffee maker (full pot or single), pots and pans, utensils, and more.  A full-sized washer and dryer make doing laundry simple. There is plenty of seating in the living room where you canwatch your favorite shows on the large smart TV. SeaScape is a kid-friendly space with board games, puzzles and activities and no breakable knickknacks to worry about.  The dining area seats four. After a fun day at the pool or beach, there is a private, walk-out patio for outdoor relaxing. You also have secure internet throughout the unit, with free HULU Live and the Disney Channel.
When you arrive, you’ll find a few complimentary items to help get you started: toilet paper, paper towels, a few Keurig coffee and tea pods, sugar, hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags. You will be centrally located near all the onsite amenities, you’ll be able to enjoy both swimming pools (1 family friendly (unheated) with kiddie pool and 1 pool heated year-round!  There are also 2 pickleball/ tennis courts, a playground, BBQ grills and fishing dock for the private fish-stocked lake. The nearby clubhouse has a wrap-around porch overlooking the duck pond, a fitness center, computer station with internet access, ping pong table and corn hole, a kitchen for small parties, and an additional laundry facility (coin operated).

At Sea Escape, you will find yourself at the most vibrant end of Saint Simons Island, a short walk or bike ride to the Pier Village shops and restaurants, Visitor Center, Neptune Park Fun Zone water park, fishing pier, lighthouse, and the beautiful sandy beaches. The island is a perfect place to explore, on or off-shore, whether walking, biking, driving or even golf cart riding. Bicycle and golf cart rentals are available right in the village and at multiple places nearby. If you’re looking for some competition and enjoy meeting new folks from all over the country, venture over to Mallery Park, and check out the dedicated pickle ball and tennis courts.

Fishing is allowed in the lake in complex, the tennis courts have pickle ball lines too, the fitness center is available 24/7.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio. No loud voices. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
