It is within walking distance to all amenities from groceries and beaches to restaurants and bars, situating this property in an ideal location for those looking for convenient access to all of what Huatulco has to offer. This home's urban concept shares the exterior entrance path with the other adjacent home while taking advantage of the wonderful low-traffic area of this cul-de-sac location. Please note: The adjacent home is a private residence not being rented.

The main interior entrance leads into the main level's open concept layout. The many windows create a bright and tropical setting where you can enjoy the shared lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The locally crafted wood detailing throughout this level adds a touch of Huatulco's natural beauty to the space. The staircase leads to the second level of the home, where you'll find two bright and inviting bedrooms along with a shared bathroom. The master bedroom also features a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space.

For the days when you feel like enjoying some beach time, it is a 4 minute taxi ride to Chahue Beach or a 20-25 minute walk. This home includes a portable beach kit with everything you need for an afternoon of fun in the sun!

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• All bookings are quoted as a base rental rate + tax and include a $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 30% of the gross booking cost is due at the time of booking
• The remaining 70% is due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment is required for stays booked within 60 days of arrival)
• Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance
• For bookings made through some OTAs, including Airbnb & Marriott Homes & Villas, the full booking value is required at the time of booking, regardless of the arrival date
