Die Anasazi-Indianer (ausgesprochen "Ah-nah-sah-zee") oder "Ancient Ones" waren eine spektakuläre Zivilisation - die ursprünglichen Arizonier, die vor über 2000 Jahren in dieser Region lebten !!

Heute ist Anasazi Village eine spektakuläre, moderne Dorfgemeinschaft in perfekter Lage im East Valley of Phoenix! Das Dorf nimmt 22 Morgen klassisches südwestliches Architekturdesign ein. Das Anasazi Village grenzt im Süden an den Stone Creek Golf Course und die Embassy Suites mit Blick auf den Squaw Peak. Es grenzt an Paradise Valley und Scottsdale - zwei der angesehensten Gemeinden in Arizona. Es ist eine einfache 20-minütige Fahrt vom Flughafen Phoenix Sky Harbor entfernt.

Die Wohnung: Eine perfekte Lage im Dorf! Diese Designer-Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf einen Wasserfall und einen malerischen Pool. Es ist sehr bequem zum Clubhaus, Parkplatz und vor allem - weg von den Straßengeräuschen. Dies ist eine riesige 1BR !! 885 Quadratmeter plus die Terrasse! Der Grundriss ist erstaunlich gut gestaltet. Viele Apartments mit einem Schlafzimmer sind lange Rechtecke mit dem Wohnzimmer vorne und dem Schlafzimmer hinten. Unser Grundriss ist ein doppelt breites Rechteck, sodass sich Ihr Wohnzimmer und Ihr Schlafzimmer vorne befinden und beide Schiebetüren zur Terrasse haben. Die gesamte Wohnung ist hell und freundlich !! Sie werden den Unterschied spüren !! Und probieren Sie es aus - jede Wohnung hat eine eigene Klimaanlage und Heizung - sehr wichtig !! Wir haben vor kurzem diese Wohnung gekauft und es sieht aus wie ein Modell nach Hause! Das Schlafzimmer hat ein neues, super bequemes Pillow-Top-Kingsize-Bett mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche, Kissen und Bettdecke. Es gibt eine Doppel-Kommode und einen Schrank für den Fernseher sowie einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank

Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Doppelwaschbecken, eine riesige ebenerdige Dusche, viele neue flauschige Handtücher und einen Haartrockner. Wir haben sogar einen Duschspender mit Shampoo, Conditioner, Körperwaschmittel und Kokosnuss-Körperlotion dabei !! Very comfortable, convenient ground floor condo

Our 3rd stay at Anasazi and we plan to return. This was our favorite suite in terms of location and convenience with the barbecues right outside our door. The condo is not updated - furniture and carpeted areas showing their age, no big screen tv etc, so not 5 stars in terms of luxury, but we knew that when we booked. The furniture was very comfortable and the appliances and a/c and wifi all worked very well, so 5 stars for meeting our expectations. We had a minor issue when we checked in which our host addressed promptly to our satisfaction. We would be happy to stay here again.

Somewhat disappointing!

This property needs an upgrade. Last November we stayed in a unit at the same complex where we paid 10.00/mth less and the suite was totally upgraded. The first situation we dealt with was the TV. After following instructions on how to get the TV going to no avail we called DISH and found the remote had corroded batteries which is proof of lack of use and poor maintenance. During the process of attempting to fix the TV we found a dead Roach under the surge protector. Secondly we checked the A/C furnace filter and found it filled thick with dust and unacceptable. Thirdly the washer broke and had to be replaced which took over a week. Fourth the coffee maker had a cracked karafe and had to be replaced. Fifth the battery on the phone was almost dead causing it to beep whenever we used it and the display did not light up so it had to be replaced. The blinds are getting very tired and the plastic is as brittle as a dried cracker. 3 panels came off which we had to McGyver back up and saw that this McGyvering had been done on many of the panels previously. The doors to the washer/dryer are in poor condition possibly caused by the water shooting to the ceiling of the patio caused by an emitter being blown off the sprinkler system for the shrubs at the edge of the patio. So the water sprayed all over the patio windows and of course the doors causing them to decay. Their is more but this box is limited to words.

Tranquil Relaxing Place

"We enjoyed our stay in 2022. There was great communication about our stay and if we needed anything we had good contact numbers. The owner tends to any issues with a quick response, being just a phone call away. The condo provided items for our stay; kitchen had all the appliances that made our stay feel at home. Great location across the street from a Target, plus other retail stores. The condo unit is directly next to the main pool and clubhouse, even with activities going on, it was remarkably quiet. The condo grounds are kept up on a daily basis, clean and safe. Condo location on 1st floor which made it very convenient as the trash bins, mailboxes and BBQ grills within short steps from the front door. A covered carport is provided with your unit but we never used it, since the spaces seemed too close together, so we parked in other spots provided for residents in the complex. But no matter where we went in the complex, it was safe, clean and many friendly folks. It was a pleasant stay and cant wait til our next visit. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your condo which fulfilled our getaway.

We enjoyed this condos location- close to the 51 and tons of shopping close. We had one question for owner and she got back to us very fast. We were impressed with response. We would rent again without question.

Great Condo/Location!

Roomy condo. Pool access is 10 ft. off the back patio. Nice grounds with several pools/hot tubs and a large cactus garden. Property backs up to the golf course with gate access where you can walk to driving the range. There's also a walking/bike path and a restaurant in the clubhouse. Many restaurants and shops near the property. Had no problem with the hi-speed internet during our stay. It has a full size washer/dryer and plenty of storage for clothing/belongings. JoAnn is a great owner who provided detailed instructions for our arrival/departure. My only suggestion is it could use a little updating, but overall, a great stay.

This unit has it all! The complex is awesome with great amenities, beautiful pools, lovely walking/biking path along the golf course. The unit is spacious and very comfortable. Location is amazing with so many retail/restaurants withing walking or short drive away.

Property was fine, location a bit downscale. Neighbors were downright rude at Christmas party. Too cold for pool so haven't met anyone. Phoenix weather surprising. Thought it would be balmy like Florida, but have froze my buttocks off the entire stay.

Beautiful grounds,pools and quite too

We stayed at Jo Ann's place for the month of January.We loved the southwest décor of JoAnn's the only fault was 2 chairs show a little wear.a couple of blinds on the patio doors need fixing or replaced and we bought a new coffee pot, With all that being said I still called JoAnn and asked if we could get her place next Feb. and March but it is all ready booked. We'll be looking for another place there for 2 months in2020.

Have had a great time in Phoenix this season (September-November). There were some flaws in the condo and these were partially remedied. Great Location, Immaculate Grounds

The property is very well maintained and has a luxury resort look and feel about it. Anasazi Village is located within easy walking distance to Paradise Valley Mall. Grocery stores are a short drive away and a convenience store is right across the street, Although Anasazi Village is located on a fairly busy road Jo Ann's unit is far enough away from the road that we weren't bothered by traffic noise. This unit is well equipped for a long stay and the ground-level location makes it very handy access for brining in groceries or going out to the pool. Gas grills are located steps away from the front door, which makes cooking dinner on the Barbie an easy and convenient task. Anasazi Village is located adjacent to a golf course and the green fees are reasonable. But the course is heavily played during February so we found ourselves driving to many of the other course located in the greater Phoenix area. Jo Ann is very easy to work with and was responsive to any questions we had prior to booking the property. So if you are looking for a nice, reasonably priced one bedroom condo in Northeast Phoenix - close to golf and shopping - you won't be disappointed with Anasazi Village.

Good, spacious property.

This ground floor apartment is conveniently located for all your needs, whether it is shopping, sporting activities or wining and dining. The apartment has undergone some improvements during the past year, mainly to the electrical system. The owner is supportive and reacts quickly to solve any problems which may arise. Had there been a flat screen HD television I would have awarded 4 stars.

I am here on my third stay at Jo Ann's condo. On each visit, the condo has been spotless on arrival. The photos are accurate, the furnishings are very comfortable, and everything needed for a long-term stay is provided. I am here for the summer, and I only brought checked luggage. The main pool and spa is right off the deck, but two rows of shrubs keep the condo quiet. If the pool is busy, there are other pools around the property. There is a good mix of permanent residents and vacationers here. The neighbors are friendly, but this is not the place to have a loud party. The Paradise Valley Mall and a Target are right across the street. In walking distance is one street corner with Albertson's, Fry's Grocery, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. There is a large walk-in closet and plenty of drawers to unpack into. The dressing area has a double sink, with a door to the bathroom proper. There is a fast dedicated internet connection with WiFi and Ethernet available, and an empty desk for a computer. The owner handles the rental arrangements herself, and she is very well organized and professional. Jo Ann will make sure you have an enjoyable stay!

Fabulous location, beautiful grounds

The location of Anasazi Village is amazing. It is located between a beautiful golf course on one side and Paradise Valley mall with convenient shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. The grounds are meticulously maintained and all 5 pools are sparkling clean. The entire area in and around Anasazi Village is safe and very secure. Our condo was well appointed, stocked with everything we needed for a long term stay and was very clean and comfortable. The location of the ground floor unit is so convenient with the lagoon pool, and waterfall outside the sliding glass door and a gas barbecue grill outside the front door. Covered parking is just a short walk from the unit. Jo Ann was wonderful to work with and was available at all times if we needed to speak with her. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again soon. Our 2 month trip in April and May was one we will remember forever and was certainly the most restful and relaxing vacation we've ever taken.

I am a native San Diegan but LOVE the beauty of the desert areas in Phoenix. I own 2 condos at Anasazi Village. It's a very special place!! The weather in the winter is wonderful!!

The first time I visited Anasazi Village, I was in awe of the manicured grounds with huge pine trees! The location is perfect - right by the Stonecreek Golf Course and across the street from Paradise Valley Mall! What more could you want?? Golf and shopping! The amazing part of Anasazi is how quiet it is once inside the gates! The 5 pools are designed with huge boulders - not just the usual rectangular pools! I love the jacuzzis with the waterfalls plunging into the spa. Check out the pictures!! Guests come back year after year. Anasazi is a very special place!!
