Freshly remodeled, locally owned, and already a guest favorite, this bright and modern condo sits in the highly sought after Anasazi Village community, right on the Scottsdale–Phoenix border. Five heated pools with spas and rock features provide a truly relaxing space. You’ll be next to Stonecreek Golf Club (don’t worry — you’re safely out of range of rogue golf balls!) and just steps from the lush greenbelt walking paths locals absolutely love.

Whether you’re dreaming of a sunny winter getaway, a romantic retreat, a quiet solo recharge, or a sanctuary during medical treatment, Sangria Skies is designed to make you feel instantly at home. And yes — your small dog or cat is welcome.

Inside the Condo
Our second-floor unit offers easy elevator access and a completely refreshed interior. Everything is new, bright, and thoughtfully designed:
• A sparkling white kitchen with full size appliances
• A dedicated coffee station (because… coffee!)
• A comfy living area with a crystal clear large screen TV
• A fold out sofa for extra sleeping space, if needed
• A private bedroom with a plush queen bed, another large screen TV, and a roomy walk in closet

We had a fabulous stay, the condo is just as advertised and the hosts were very attentive. The area is in a great location and has everything you need close by. There is a golf course, walking trail and the complex has five pools! We highly recommend!

Sangria Skies Surprise

We were pleasantly surprised with the condo. The decor, books and puzzle’s shows the hosts dedication and concern for the families who stay here. The location is central and shopping and food are nearby. We had a great stay while we were house hunting. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Excellent condo and location

I stayed in this condo for five weeks and was very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and accessible (they live nearby), although no problems came up during my stay that required contacting them. They have the condo well stocked with things you would want for cooking; they provide a regular coffee maker plus a Keurig with a good supply of K-cups; the bed was comfortable; it was nice having a washer and dryer right there; it comes with clubhouse access with multiple heated pools, a fitness center, billiards room, and clubroom; and it was pretty much the only VRBO option I found that had at least a small desk for times I wanted to get some work done. The owners have done a good job anticipating and providing what their guests will need.

Both of us have lived in the area our entire lives and watched it grow into a premier destination. We love our lush, vibrant desert region and chose this condo property because it’s in the perfect location – close to restaurants, shopping, golf, walking paths and a 10-minute drive to two freeways that will take you anywhere in the Valley. Signature events like the Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction and Arabian Horse Show are close by. Major sports venues are 30-50 minutes away.

When you see our stunning Arizona sunsets, you'll know why we call our property "Sangria Skies." Layers of brilliant purple, pink, and orange light the skies. Take the walking path before sunset and see for yourself!

Sangria Skies is located in the popular, gated, safe Anasazi Condo community – people love it so much they reserve the same months year after year, creating a real community. The condo was completely remodeled to freshen and update, including a bright, white kitchen with full-sized appliances and all the pans and dishes you might need. Your safety is important to us: the master bath features an LED lighted mirror and a walk-in show with a grab bar on the adjustable faucet handle and the wall. Even the TP holder also serves as a secure grab bar. The bedroom features a new walk-in closet with lots of hangers and storage space. You're totally connected with free wi-fi, of course!

You'll love being close to shopping, restaurants and bars, yet away from the street noise, as we’re located in the heart of the complex. The new "PV Reimagined" destination is just down the street, with amazing new dining options, Whole Foods, shops, and a small, grassy event venue. Less than 10-minute drive to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter and more great restaurants than you’ll have time to try!

Scottsdale is known as a golfer’s paradise so if golf is your game, you’re in the right place! We are adjacent to the beautiful Stonecreek Golf Club and the greenbelt walking path that encircles it. You can take a stroll, meet some neighbors and watch an amazing sunset (or sunrise). This condo community is gated for added security. We offer one reserved, covered parking space. An elevator services our second-floor unit, so there’s no need to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs!

Step inside. Exhale. You're on vacation now!

Our great room provides plenty of space for two adults. But if you bring the kids along, a pull-out sofa bed with new, comfy mattress offers flexibility for 1-2 additional sleeping spaces. We've also hosted patients receiving treatment at our excellent nearby hospitals and the sofa bed is perfect for a visitor/caregiver. This spacious room opens to a private balcony with laundry closet with lovely green views.

The kitchen has plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils and appliances when you want to eat in. A sunny dining nook has seating for four.

The master suite offers a plush queen bed, walk-in closet, and a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sink vanity with an amazing LED lighted mirror. Lots of elbow room! We provide a starter supply of personal items for you.

Laundry is located on our balcony and features brand-new GE Profile washer/dryer.
