Parents Picking Up College Daughter

BEST. STAY. EVER. (And we've stayed in a lot of different homes.) Here's why this home and owner are distinguished from others: it's not about renting; it's about hospitality. From the moment we decided on the VRBO, our communication was superb and streamlined. We arrived and found a home simple to enter (unlike so many!). Awaiting us was a welcome sign, a squeaky clean home that smelled so good, and extra details like we've never seen (no spoilers! :-) The kitchen is a thing of wonder. The entire home is beautifully maintained and appointed, and best of all, the bed! It's so comfortable. There's even a topper for the pullout. That's so thoughtful--no other VRBO we've been to has provided a topper to make those uncomfortable pullouts, well, more comfortable. :-) Our checkout was a breeze--the best we've experienced because this owner responded proactively and sent us on our way with zero fuss. This VRBO deserves more than five stars because again, it's not about renting; this owner understands the meaning of hospitality, and it shows. Thank you for a great stay. We'll be back. :-)

Really well maintained property with great hosts. Directly across the road from one of the hot tubs/pools. Great attention to detail. Only negative feedback is that this is listed to sleep 5 people. I was there with my sister (who I have shared rooms, beds, and backpacking tents with) and grandmother and we were absolutely on top of each other. There was a very large walk in closet and decent dresser for two people, but that meant everyone having to go into the bedroom any time they needed anything, so no personal/nap space. I just don’t see how 5 people could comfortably coexist for more than a stopover, even if 3 of those people were children. BUT if that works for you, this is an incredible deal. Just had to say something because the existing pictures/reviews did not prepare us for the small space and it created a lot of tension on our holiday.

Fabulous unit and close to all!

We came to visit family in North Phoenix. This property was fantastic - very private and comfortable feeling. Super clean and so well appointed - everything from coffee pods to a snack basket and laundry supplies. The owner was very communicative, welcoming, and responsive. We will definitely stay here again, especially for the value compared with hotels in the area. Such a great experience, we hope that we have more than a weekend next time!

My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and this was perfect! The place was spic and span just like the pictures! All the little extras were so special. A beautiful welcome basket was waiting for us and the welcome binder had all the information anyone could need. Stephanie was so quick to respond whenever I had questions. She was very flexible with checkin and checkout times…so accommodating! There are 3 pools to enjoy and it’s a beautiful area. I would definitely stay here again!
